08:25 am - Boskone truck loading
Last night the truck was loaded for Boskone. Breaking with all precedent, we had mild weather for it. Tradition demands at least an ice storm. Things went smoothly as far as I could see, and pizza arrived just as the last stuff was loaded.

A few things have gone wrong, resulting in some people not being able to attend as they had planned (including Jerry Pournelle and starmalachite), but overall things are going very well.

The program is available on mobile devices using the Guidebook application, which I think is really well designed. It includes the ability to pull the program items that interest you into a convenient list.

Filk is going to be great.

Silent movie with my accompaniment, tomorrow at 10.
