On 2 and 3 December, a meeting of the 4EU+ Management Committee and Project Officers was held in the premises of the University of Milan. Apart from discussions on EUI next call preparation, sessions devoted to the work of specific Work Packages and other issues crucial for the future of 4EU+, the gathered participants enjoyed the sunny weather (as you can see in the picture) and great hospitality of the organisers - thank you for your warm welcoming and many fruitful discussions! Watch the video to see the highlights of the meeting >> RESILIENT CITIES: A DIARY FROM THE WORKSHOP “Resilient Cities: Challenges, Risks and Response” is a cross-disciplinary course, provided through shared curricula under Flagship 1 by Charles University, Heidelberg University and Sorbonne University. The course addresses risk processes and transformations that shape urban and social development in European cities. More >> SORBONNE UNIVERSITY'S NEW PRESIDENT On 14 December, Professor Nathalie Drach-Temam was elected the new President of Sorbonne University. She succeeds Jean Chambaz (2018-2021) and becomes the first woman President of Sorbonne University. From 2012 to 2017, Nathalie Drach-Temam was a Vice President at Pierre and Marie Curie University, in charge of career planning, student life and education. From 2018 to 2021, she was a Vice President of Research, Innovation and Open Science at Sorbonne University. We congratulate you, Madam President!
