How much does WordPress maintenance cost for a business site?
Our plans start at 95/monthforSilver(maintenanceandmonitoringonyourexistinghost)andgoupto95/month for Silver (maintenance and monitoring on your existing host) and go up to 95/monthforSilver(maintenanceandmonitoringonyourexistinghost)andgoupto1,990+/month for Diamond (full-service support with CoreSpeed hosting and priority response). The right plan depends on your site’s complexity, traffic, importance to your business, and how much you want to offload to our team.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel anytime. We offer both monthly and annual plans. We also provide a full export of your site, backups, and any documentation so you can transition smoothly. We don’t hold your site hostage.
Do you lock me into a long-term contract?
No. Our annual plans offer a discount, but we also offer month-to-month options. You stay because we deliver results, not because you’re trapped.
What if my site is a mess?
That’s when we do our best work. Most sites we inherit are slow, patched together, and overdue for attention. We start with a full audit, identify what’s blocking performance, what’s broken, what’s insecure, and prioritize the fixes that matter most. Within weeks, your site will be faster, more stable, and easier to manage going forward.
How do I contact support when I need help?
You can email your account manager, submit a ticket through our support portal, or call us during business hours (9am to 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday). Gold and Diamond clients have direct access to a named account manager who knows your site and history. Gold and Diamond clients also receive special direct access to our escalation team for after-hours emergencies.
Do you offer 24/7 support? How are emergencies handled?
Our systems run 24/7/365. For major events like a website outage or security event, our escalations team is alerted immediately. Gold and Diamond clients also have a special channel for after-hours emergency requests. Our Account Management team is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern for routine site management and requests.
What does a typical first 30 days look like?
Week one: We complete your site audit, set up monitoring, and configure backups. Week two: We address any urgent security or performance issues and begin routine maintenance. Weeks three and four: We establish a rhythm of updates, reporting, and proactive improvements. By day 30, your site is stable, monitored, and on a clear path forward. This timeline may shift if we have trouble with website or hosting access, or if there’s a good deal of work that needs to be completed before we can begin routine site management.
Do I have to switch hosting to work with SiteCare?
You don’t have to, but most clients end up wanting to. Our Silver plan works with your current host while we handle maintenance, updates, and support. But if your host is causing problems (slow speeds, poor support, limited access), we’ll tell you. Our Gold and Diamond plans include CoreSpeed hosting, which gives us full control over performance and accountability. It’s the reason new clients are making the switch every day.
How long does onboarding take?
Most clients are fully onboarded within one to two weeks. That includes a site audit, access setup, migration (if applicable), and an intro call with your account manager. If you’re migrating to CoreSpeed hosting, we handle everything with zero downtime.
**What does SOC 2 Type II certification mean for my site?
SOC 2 Type II is a security and compliance standard that verifies how a company protects customer data. It covers access controls, encryption, monitoring, and incident response. For you, it means SiteCare has been independently audited and meets the security requirements that enterprise clients and regulated industries expect. Most WordPress agencies don’t have this certification.
Do you work with WooCommerce and membership sites?
Yes. We support WooCommerce stores, membership platforms (MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, LearnDash, LifterLMS, and others), and sites with complex user interactions. These sites require extra care during updates and monitoring, which is why they’re best suited for our Diamond plan. On that plan we can run automated tests on production for unexpected changes, as well as functional and visual regression testing staging before pushing to production.
