Jill leads a wide variety of teams at Mall of America including marketing, advertising, public relations, experiential, community relations and more. Jill serves on national and state-wide boards of directors and has been at the Mall for more than 25 years. Jill’s favorite MOA® memory is the time she rode the roller coaster with Justin Timberlake during the first-ever MOA appearance by NSYNC! [A roller coaster ride with Mr. Smooth/JT – oh yeah!]

Dan has been at Mall of America for 17 years and during that time he has led the public relations, social media, tourism, and community relations teams. In his SVP role, Dan helped to develop the So Much More podcast, published a 30th anniversary MOA book and is currently writing two business books for the Mall. Dan’s favorite MOA memory is helping to build the World’s Largest Gingerbread House. [Dan insists he smelled like gingerbread that entire holiday season. Yummy!]
