The students of backward community have many struggles to have a law education. It’s a small effort to study the problems of the students who are enrolled in law education especially; one of the backward communities is Kulal community. The Kulal community is one of the backward castes in Karnataka state of India. The Kulal family primarily depends on Pottery but due to Globalization and industrialization the Pottery lost its importance. Industrialization and advancement in technology had adversely affected on Pottery occupation and it has brought into the process of Pot making occupation. Bhavanishankar. P M. S., (2014) in their study illustrated that, the occupational mobility may be regarded as one of the important indicators of their changing socioeconomic structure associated with the income level. So the Kulal people transition themselves into various occupations. The majority of Kulal women changed their job to Beedi rolling occupation. The Beedi rolling women have so many problems along with health problem. The study mainly focused on the women of Kulal community which are found in Dakshina Kannada Districts in Karnataka state of India. The study mainly depended on secondary data but to obtaining the perception of Beedi rolling women about the law education of their children, a micro level case study method adopted in this study.

articles and sources and a micro study conducted on opinions of
customers and shopkeepers relating to fixation of price rates to
retailed sale of a commodity and the impact of Liberalization on
the Market. The study lightens on the fixation of price rate to a
retailed sale of a commodity in various angles, and the fixations
of price rates on the basis of gender, generation (youth and old
people), region of the customer (rural and urban citizens), familiar
and personally known customers etc. The scope and sample of
the study were limited to study area and it lightens the factors and
mind setting of the customers and shopkeepers. This paper lightens
on the impact of Liberalization Policy on Market and way of
poor and marginalized people exploited. Finally at the conclusion
social justice was preferred in the fixation of price rate to a retailed
sale of a commodity.

The traditional occupation of the Kulal community was Pottery but the impact of the Industrialization the traditional occupation lost its earning. The women stayed at home and the majority of them found the way of income through Beedi Rolling. This study covered the impact of economic downfall and hazards of the profession as well as the scope of the job. The Beedi rolling women have so many problems along with the health problem. The study mainly focused on the women of Kulal community which are found in Dakshina Kannada Districts in Karnataka state of India. To obtain the perception of Beedi rolling women about the economic downfall, a micro level case study method adopted in this study.

status of women’s in Kulal community. It is
based on the human development approach
and discusses the issues of women’s well
being with regard to the education and status
of women. In conclusion the research study
enlightens the educational status of Kulal
women and their Beedi occupation. Through
this we can understand the problems faced
by them. This study reveals the educational
status of Kulal women, and their perception
towards sending their female child to school.
The study also suggests the measures to
overcome the illiteracy among the Kulal
Community.

Industrialization and advancement in
technology had adversely affected on
Pottery occupation and it has brought into

to this the women’s of Kulal community
prefer to Beedi rolling as an immediate
alternative job. The men prefer to go collie
outside and most of the time spend their
earnings to other purpose to fulfill their bad
habits like drinking, smoking and chewing
tobacco etc. The responsibilities of home
maintenance fall on the shoulder of poor
household women, and they earn it through Beedi rolling.
