Background:Conflict in the nursing profession is normal and unavoidable, and it occurs on a regul... more Background:Conflict in the nursing profession is normal and unavoidable, and it occurs on a regular basis in healthcare settings. As a result, conflict management is critical for organizational success and efficiency, and staff nurses must be able to effectively handle conflict in order to create an environment that fosters personal growth while also ensuring high-quality patient care. Aim: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of conflict management program on staff nurses' performance Method: Quasi experimental design was conducted on 70 nurses working at intensive care units affiliated to AL-sadder teaching hospital in Iraq-Missan. conflict management techniques assessment questionnaire and observation checklist of nurse's performance was used to collect data. Results: Most studied staff nurses had poor in conflict management pre-program and the minority had high in managing conflict post and after 3 months program implementation. Also, staff nurses' performance was improved after program implementation. Conclusion: There was a high statistically significant association pre-post and after 3 months between most subscales of staff nurses about managing conflict and most subscales of performance after program implementation. Recommendation: A regular educational program about conflict management should be consistent for staff nurse.

Nursing, by its nature, a profession with a higher degree of stress and is widely perceived as on... more Nursing, by its nature, a profession with a higher degree of stress and is widely perceived as one of the most inherently stressful occupations, often characterized by high rates of staff turnover, absenteeism and burnout. Justifying stress has become the main concern in many fields, especially in nursing management, due to low output and poor staff morale as problems related to stress. Stress management aims to maintain stress level to the point that causes a dynamic, live, and creative organization that encourage head nurses to be innovative, creative and productive with good job performance. This literature aimed to present an overview summary of some stress management techniques as a tool for improving head nurses job performance through study the impact of using various techniques such as problem solving, time management, and relaxation techniques like progressive muscles, deep breathing exercise and guided imagery exercise on head nurses job performance.

Researchers have broadly defined organizational justice as "people's perceptions of fairness in o... more Researchers have broadly defined organizational justice as "people's perceptions of fairness in organizational settings". Nurses evaluate reward allocations focusing on loyalty in terms of fairness and that these fairness perceptions, in turn, influence the level of commitment of nurses .Nurses commitment have gained more attention due to the expectation that committed nurses will act in the best interest of an organization. So the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between nurses' perception of organizational justice and their organizational commitment. The study was conducted in a 300 beds, king Abdullah Hospital affiliated with the Ministry of Health in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all units (n = 13 units). The study sample was 250 nurses who were available in the selected settings at the time of data collection. Two tools were used in data collection; the first tool was Organizational Justice Questionnaire Sheet (OJQS) which is used to measure nurses' perception of organizational justices. It includes four types: distributive, procedural, interpersonal and informational justice. The second tool was Organizational Commitment Questionnaire Sheet (OCQS). This tool was used to examine nurses' perception regarding their organizational commitment. It contained three types: affective, normative and continuance commitment. The results revealed that a positive correlation was between organizational justice and organizational commitment components (r = 0.382, p = <0.001). It recommends that nurse managers should promote organizational justice by several ways, such as openly describe the fair procedures they are using and explain decisions thoroughly in a manner demonstrating dignity and respect. Besides, using unbiased, accurate information and applying decision rules consistently.

So that emotion management in the work environment has become a significant problem due to its negative effect can take a heavy outcomes on employees as well as organization which cause stress and aggression. Aim: the study aimed to assess the relationship between emotional labor, workplace aggression and organizational role stress among nursing staff at Main Mansoura University Hospital. Method: A descriptive correlational design was used and the study was conducted on 169 nursing staff working at Main Mansoura University hospitals using three tools as: Emotional labor scale, workplace aggression scale and organizational role stress Scale. Results: the mean score of emotional labor was high (72.43±11.42) while the mean score of verbal aggression was higher than physical aggression with mean (1.33±0.38 and 1.27±0.35 respectively) also level of organizational role stress among nursing staff was low. There was statistically significant negative correlation between emotional labor and workplace aggression (p< 0.006) and organizational role stress (p< 0.0001). There was significant positive correlation between organizational role stress as well workplace aggression (p< 0.0001). Recommendation: Develop more flexible remuneration and reward systems to promote nursing staff satisfaction. Provide open channels of communication between top management and nursing staff and providing them with feedback on progress.

Back ground: In healthcare organization, nurses are considered as a backbone of its success as th... more Back ground: In healthcare organization, nurses are considered as a backbone of its success as their performance and behaviors are key determinants for good performance.Today, health care organizations need efficient leaders and policy makers to devote attention to create and cultivate the dimensions and principles of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Aim: The study aims to assess the organizational citizenship behavior among staff nurses at Dikirnis General Hospital. Method: a descriptive research design was utilized, the study was conducted on 252 staff nurses working at Dikirnis General Hospital. Data was collected by usingorganizational citizenship behavior questionnaire. Results: the results of this study indicated that more than half of the staff nurses had high perception of organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion:The nurses' perception of organizational citizenship behavior was at high level for more than half of the studied staff nurses. Direct manager should focus on how they deal with their staff nurses because nurses' perception of that treatment would affect the presence of organizational citizenship behaviorRecommendation: Organize periodically meeting with supervisors and their staff nurses to discuss their problems, needs and involve them in solving it. ABSTRACT Femtocells home base station, which are low power cellular base station that operate in ... more ABSTRACT Femtocells home base station, which are low power cellular base station that operate in licensed spectrum, installed on the subscriber's premises to provide cellular services within home, residences, apartment complexes, business offices and outdoor hotspot scenarios connected with the internet and cellular operator networks via digital subscriber line (DSL) router or cable modem, to improve coverage, provide, high data throughput, better voice services. This paper surveys femtocell technology, describes the key challenges facing femto network and it presents the future direction on applying planning and optimization to enhance femtocell performance, a detailed discussion about the interference management between the legacy hierarchical and flat architectures, where cell planning processes used in microcell networks which are not scaled to support millions of femtocells problem and its recent researches are discussed and reviewed.
