Paper present an approach to Intelligent Tutoring Systems which adaptively personalizes sequences of learning activities to maximize skills acquired by each student, taking into account limited time and motivational resources. At a given point in time, the system tries to propose to the student the activity which makes him progress best. To make such a system work it is necessary to give the contents appropriate structure to enable it to be used in numerous educational contexts. The architecture of intelligent tutoring system is based on ontology with expert knowledge, which has been used for repository resource indexing, and which is a basic component of domain model.

A formal model of ITS compose of an user environment and pedagogical environment is presented, which represents domain knowledge based on ontologies to improve the sharing and reusing of teaching materials. The system constructs the user environment based on users' knowledge levels, psychology characteristics, learning style, etc. Finally this paper attempts to emphasis the importance of intelligent tutoring system by confirming the effectiveness of tutorial programs based on artificial intelligence for developing web-based learning communities.

VLEs develop these skills in a more remarkable way than children using the conventional approach. This will substantially help tackling the said difficulties and contribute to a substantial improvement in the child's behavioral performance.

In this paper, a remote sensing image matching method using simple descriptors for Contourlet-based key points and convex hull regions algorithm is presented. The key points are extracted using the previously introduced Contourlet-based detector, then a simple descriptor is computed for each key point. Correspondences between the reference image and the sensed image are calculated in order to rectify the sensed image. Consequently, convex hull regions are created from Delaunay triangulation of the key points of the rectified image. The triangle regions are invariant to translation, rotation, scale and skew transformations. The robustness and the accuracy of the proposed algorithm are examined by the widely used remote sensing images. The experimental results show that the presented remote sensing image matching algorithm is robust and invariant to geometric transformations.

The control points are selected using three levels WT. First, the image is decomposed into multi-scale levels using WT, then low frequency (approximation) images are input to SIFT algorithm for automatically obtaining control points. Experimental results show the efficiency and the accuracy of the proposed technique for selecting enough and correct control points.

Computer science tries to devise a behavior to the computer. If a person does it, this behavior can be described as "intelligence". Also, the intelligent systems can be regarded as attempts to devise a behavior for the computer. If a person does it, it will be described as "a good teaching". These systems can be designed and developed on a Line of intersection of the computer science, the psych-cognitive science and the educational researches. This enjoyable field is referred to as " Knowledge Science".
