The dates have been moved slightly and shortlisting is now in full swing! The shortlisted fics will be announced on August 1, 2004.(Two of our Shortlisters/Judges had to bow out of the competition, so the other judges have to do double-time to fill up the slack. The Nominations period of the 2004 Masque Awards is now closed. Sample award banners are up in the Winners section, and the screening process is currently going on. Shortlisting will begin on 20th.Thank you to everyone who participated.

If poetry maintains its less-than-ten submissions count, we'll be forced to leave off from judging it and perhaps just give some sort of special award to those that got nominated.Other categories that need submissions are in the story length sections. Please nominate your favourite drabbles, long fics, and novellas.Thank you.
