By employing an array of bibliographic analysis techniques, encompassing authorship patterns, collaboration levels, and various other parameters such as gender, author designation, institutional affiliation, and geographical distribution, this research delves into a comprehensive evaluation of CALIBER 2022. Furthermore, the study scrutinizes the contributions
made by each state, shedding light on the state-wise distribution of references utilized in the articles. The analysis is based on a dataset consisting of 45 papers authored by 100 individuals, which were
published within a one-year span. These contributors drew upon a vast array of sources, incorporating 763 references from journals, books, and websites in their research endeavors. Notably, authors hailing from Uttar Pradesh emerged as the foremost contributors, with 17 articles accounting for 17.00 per cent of the total, closely followed by Maharashtra with 14 articles, constituting 14.00 per cent of the overall publication count. Furthermore, this research study includes an examination of authorship measures, particularly focusing on the degree of collaboration, which was calculated to be 1.15. Within the scope of this investigation, a total of 100 scholars made valuable contributions, with males comprising 75 per cent of the total author count. Additionally, it is noteworthy that universities emerged as the most prolific contributors, responsible for the publication of 71.00 per cent of the articles within the designated time frame.

Most of the countries have declared lockdown for
more than 60 days. People are forced to work from
home. Use of internet, e-communication platforms
are at a peak everywhere. In this situation it would
be interesting to know how library professionals
around the world are coping with this situation, what
innovative services they are providing to the virtual
community, and what is their view on future Library
services and the LIS job market. This paper highlights
how libraries are coping in the COVID-19 pandemic. It
further gives detailed case study of IFDP programme
carried out by SNDT Women’s University’s Knowledge
Resource Centre, SHPT School of Library Science in
association with J.W. Sadhubella Girls College and
MUCTA .The case study may be considered as a pilot
project for developing different programmes under
the umbrella of IFDP for the Librarians. This was
the first international FDP programme organized
in India on virtually. The results of this IFDP will
be useful for LIS teachers, librarians and academic
community to know how the situation is handled
around the world in this pandemic situation and which
precautionary measures need to be implementing at
the time reopening the libraries after post covid.

To elicit the necessary information, a questionnaire was distributed to 1000 randomly selected students of the colleges spread across the eleven colleges out of which 505 responded. Analysis of their responses showed that vandalism in library materials in the form of theft, mutilation and handing books and journals, is largely regarded as a form of academic self-survival strategy that is hardly frowned at by majority of the respondents. Factor that predispose to vandalism include limited library collection; unaffordable cost of personal text books, high cost of photocopying as well as peer-influence. Recommendations are made for liberalisation of loans, intensification of user education, provision of multiple copies of text books as well as use of effective security measures.
