_4:37 pm_[exeyel] | eviction question does anyone know anyhting about eviction laws in memphis/tennessee? ie. can my landlord say "well if you don't have 500$ by this friday you're out the same day?" mind you, part of this is, 200$ to be exact, is part of next months rent, and was not part of the payment arrangements. That's almost a week before next months rent is even due! Or do they have to go to court and file for eviction and give me a certain ammount of time? Current Mood: pissed off (1 Comment |Comment on this) |
