I hope it's okay to ask for fic recs here. I checked the rules and saw that it says you can make them, but no mention of asking for them.

Trio fics - particularly Harry/Ron/Hermione trio fics - were my first love in fanfiction. I've since branched out to read other trios, and quite frankly, I find Drarry fics (and sometimes Snarry fics) nearly impossible to resist.

After 10+ years of reading HP fanfiction, my husband has finally cottoned-on to the reality that it's not all "G" rated and he wants to know what I find so appealing about it ... why isn't it just weird to read about all these fictional little kids (because that's his view of them) having sex?

So ... I am on a mission to find THE HOTTEST trio fic imaginable for him to read. The first stories that come to my mind in the hottest fics category are strictly slash because that's what I've read the most of recently, and that would NOT be something that would impress him. But at the same time, I don't want to look for the hottest het fic just for the sake of impressing him because, quite frankly, it's the m/m dynamic that kicks up the heat a notch or ten for me. He may find that a little squicky, but he needs to know what does it for me.

SO ... I'm begging all of you readers and writers of the great fanfiction that I've come to love over the years - help me pick a really hot trio fic for my hubby to lose his fanfiction cherry on. I'm more concerned that the trio be m/m/f (as opposed to f/f/m) than I am about who is in the trio, but my personal tastes do lean toward either Harry/Ron/Hermione or Harry/Draco/Hermione and this is all about him seeing what keeps me reading this stuff year after year.

Hello. I'm fairly new here (in fact, I'm fairly new to the world of fanfiction), but one of the very first fics I read was a trio story that began with Ron and Hermione as an established couple. Harry was in the boys' dorm under his invisibility cloak (I want to say he was asleep) when Ron and Hermione came in and started fooling around. Harry couldn't think of a way to get out without them knowing he'd seen them, so he opts to stay ... and although he didn't plan to watch, you know he just had to. Soon he finds himself finding ways to watch them and eventually they let him know they know he's watching and they ask him to join them.

I've been saving links to the stories I really liked, but I read this one before I thought to start doing that. Does anyone know what it is and where I might find it again?

I've been putting off posting this for a while now, convinced I would be able to find it but, alas, no luck.

I'm looking for (what I am 90% certain is) a trio fic that I read a long time ago. The most I can remember is that two of the trio went through the veil to find Sirius, who was guarded by some evil monster in a cave, while the other waited with a rope or something on the other side. They were successful and brought Sirius back. The only other thing I can remember is that Tonks and Sirius ended up sharing Remus in a sort of menage a trois.

Does this ring any bells with anyone? I've searched through the Table for Three archives and through this community and couldn't find it.

It's that time again!

I am extremely proud to announce that sign-ups for the 2009 weasley_fest will officially open on Sunday, February 1st!

We are a gift exchange fest designed to celebrate our love of the Weasley family throughout the month of July! Our goal is to encourage the creation of fan fiction and fan art that focuses on all of the individuals who make up the whole of this wonderful Wizarding family.

Last year, many of you joined together from different corners of the fandom in order to make the First Annual Weasley Fest a rousing success. I am extremely hopeful that you will once again join in our celebration of this exceptional wizarding family!

Details:

Sign-ups will run from Sunday, February 1st- Friday, February 20th
Assignments will be mailed out no later than Sunday, March 1st.
Assignments will be due by June 13th.
Submissions will be posted throughout the month of July.
