Notes on Akito For all you people who want to apply for Akito there is one restriction. Akito is a girl! There is a reason behind this. Although for the first 16 issues of Fruits Basket display her as a guy, Takaya Natsuki said that she had planned from the early stages of the manga for Akito to be a girl. Akito was not a guy for the first 16 issues only to randomly turn into a girl in issue 17. As the Fruits Basket anime only goes to roughly the middle of issue 6, and by that point in the manga, everyone was sure Akito was male, it is logical to assume that had the anime continued anime Akito would also have been revealed as a female. As the show never went that far we can only guess, and it is therefore not an accurate tool for argument on this topic. Long and short of it is; if I cannot make Hatsuharu a girl, you cannot make Akito a guy. ^_^ anyone who wants to try to change my mind is welcomed to contact me on AIM FadedLily672, but do not comment here. Come with your guns because I am difficult to persuade. Thank youLily

RULES!!!!1. No godmoding. Those who godmod will be shanked!! You have been warned >:O (beware of evil angry smiley!!)*2. Use correct grammar and spelling: no internet short hand, no 733T, no excessive slang. An example of excessive slang would be One day when Souma Yuki was chillin’ with the home dogs at Shigure’s Crib, and let me tell you, the club was jumpin’ jumpin’.3. Keep all out of character posts to the out of character community 4. Let us know if you are going to be gone for more that a week. If you make no posts for over a week you will be removed.5. Be nice, be civil, be human, or else6. No crack7. Each character must have their own journal8. All applications must be posted in out of character community for more information on applications click here9. When making a post use this layoutCharacters:Location:Rating:Then put the post behind an LJ cut10. Slash, het, yaoi and yuri are ok11. You can have 4 characters, but will only be allowed the 4th one after a months waiting period, assuming that you keep up with all of your current journals.rules are subject to modification at any time.
