Lebih dari itu, tenaga kerja merupakan aset terbesar organisasi sekaligus modal yang diharapkan dapat terus berputar dan dikembangkan. Gizi buruk dan kekurangan gizi, berpengaruh erat pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kinerja organisasi salah satu nutrition food company yang unggul ini diharapkan sebanding dengan kinerja karyawannya. Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.SA. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan pada divisi CRM, Manufakturing dan QA yaitu 250 orang. Metode Sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling, dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin, maka ditemukan 154 karyawan atau responden sebagai sampel. The results of a survey released by UNESCO in 2016 regarding reading interest shows that Indonesi... more The results of a survey released by UNESCO in 2016 regarding reading interest shows that Indonesian people's reading interest is only 0,001%. BPS data also shows that the percentage of illiterate Indonesians is 17, 09%. Community empowerment through the establishment of "Pojok Baca" aims to provide easy access to citizens, in order to obtain reading material that is useful for improving the ability and knowledge to support community life. Strengthen "Pojok Baca" as a library and a place to learn to read are important. The results of community service activities in the form of the construction of the "Pojok Baca" is able to improve the literacy skills of the surrounding community and foster public interest in reading and ultimately have an impact on improving surrounding community's well-being.

Nowadays, people in the world have begun to care about the dangers of three pillars and its impact on the economy. They are interest, fiat money and fractional reserve requirement in the banking system. Ironically, there are still many ordinary people do not understand the general rules of the fractional reserve requirement in the banking system. In returning the economic and monetary to riba-free system, it is necessary to learn deeply about this subject. For this reason, there is a need for socialization to the wider community to increase good understanding of the three pillars, especially about the fractional reserve requirement in the banking system. This community service is expected to the community get finance literacy well and certainly can be considered in family financial planning.

Data was collected via survey questionnaire from related literature to 70 respondents. The data analyzed using structural equation modeling via Smart PLS. The results showed a significantly positive between the work discipline on the job satisfaction, but not for the work motivation on the job satisfaction.

The sampling technique using Slovin found 150 respondents with the type of simple random sampling. Data analysed using multiple linier regression analysis. The results are working environment and working motivation has partially and also simultaneous effect significant positive on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of incentive and work motivation on the... more The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of incentive and work motivation on the employee performance at one of the BPJS office in Jakarta. Questionnaires release with probability sample in order to obtain a sample of 95 employees. Using multiple regress analysis, researcher found that the incentive and work motivation provide a positive and significant influence of employee performance.

The tight competition between companies in the courier service industry can greatly affect employees work life balance, especially for "Y" Generation, those born between 1979 and 1994. The purpose of the study is to determine which the factors of work-life balance of Y generation affects employee engagement in industry. The research was conducted on 118 employees from generation Y who represent each post office in Java Island. The chosen Java Island as a research location because of the number of courier companies and the largest customers, more than 50% are in Java island. The study used questionnaires to collect data.

Good Corporate Governance is the most important thing for companies, especially leaders to superv... more Good Corporate Governance is the most important thing for companies, especially leaders to supervise or monitor all company operational activities. Banking is required to prioritize the implementation of optimal governance or Good Corporate Governance (GCG) during this Covid-19 pandemic era so that corporation does not cause new impacts during the pandemic. An internal audit in one of factor that impact of organizational culture on the internal control environment and organizational risk, this is because a negative organizational culture will have a negative impact on the company and the implementation of corporate governance. Various inputs should be suggested to an organization in order to be able to create a healthy organizational culture. The research carried out by the researchers has the aim of analyzing the determinants of good corporate governance in the banking sector that are included in the IDX list. Purposive sampling was used as a data collection method in this study. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires/questionnaires to 10 banks located in Central Jakarta. Data were analyzed by SEM-PLS with bootstrapping method using smartPLS 3.0. software package. The results showed that corporate culture, board of directors, and employee performance had a significant effect on good corporate governance with internal audit as a intervening variable either partially or simultaneously.

Human resources have a very important position considering that it is very much influenced by the quality of human resources that competencies and work environment need to be considered to improve employee performance. And this research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect in social organizations in Tangerang. Data was collected via survey questionnaire from related literature to 70 respondents. The data analysed using structural equation modelling via Smart PLS. The results of the study showed that the competency had a significant positive effect on employee performance, the work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance.

This growth rate is still very small for other ASEAN neighboring countries such as Malaysia which has grown 5%, Thailand has grown 4% and Singapore has grown to 7%. Chinese entrepreneurship growth has reached 10% and Japan has reached 11%. By looking at the comparison of the growth achievements of other countries , Indonesia is expected to become more competitive. And there are still 5050 m2 of land that has not been utilized. This untapped land will be used to build waste sorting, processing and recycling facilities to make the Citarum River clean and maintained. The area of Anggadita Village is 2.94 Km. Based on situation analysis, efforts should be made to provide alternative solutions that can help clean the Citarum River, sector 18, from Walahar Village to the Emba Bridge Village House and specifically in Sukajaya Village by adding value to the treatment of sorted waste. In addition, activities are needed that can add enthusiasm and skills for all residents and cadres of the Waste Bank to process waste into valuable items, for compost and can also be used as a planting medium for hydroponic plants. Poor nutrition and malnutrition, closely affect the quality of human resources. The organization's performance one of the superior nutrition food company expected comparable to their employee's performance. This study researcher examined and analyzed the influence of organization's culture and leadership style on employee performance. The study population is all employees in the Marketing division, Manufacturing, and QA division of 250 people. The sampling method used is Proportionate Stratified Sampling technique using the Slovin formula, then found 154 respondents as a sample. The technique of data collecting using questionnaires instrument. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed there is a positive significant between organization culture on employee performance and also leadership style on employee performance as well as jointly both variable on employee performance. Leadership style has a more dominant influence in affecting the increase in employee performance. Very strong correlation occurs between dimensions transformational leadership style of leadership style variable with dimensions work quantity on employee performance variable. Having to continue leadership training programs for staff it is good for development employee performance for personal or team.
