Safety rating on aircraft can be declared airworthy based on the results of maintenance documenta... more Safety rating on aircraft can be declared airworthy based on the results of maintenance documentation by performing verification, validation, system updating, and scanning in the quality management process. The findings of the analysis of the 2023 safety rating globally from countries in Asia, it is known that the Indonesian region has the lowest safety rating of various aircraft industries. This research aims to analyse the safety rating in the aircraft industry to support the business process in the operational process with the Total Quality Management (TQM) method, and measure the safety rating. Continuous improvement of TQM on business process with the result of Cluster Technical Record justification has its own hierarchy, which focuses on maintenance status and record component to improve aircraft safety rating. The results of measuring the safety rating of aircraft in 2023 registration PK-LAO with the highest safety rating of 96.6% and PK-LAZ with the lowest safety rating of 92.3%. The most dominant cause in PK-LAZ registration is known to be the six most dominant factors, namely hardcopy and system status open, overload work, late validation, analysis time, system error, scanning only one. Continuous system improvement is the implementation of TQM elements in making periodic improvements to support the achievement of quality and risk management. This recommendation can help the implementation and improvement process so that it can be used as a safety rating evaluation material in the aircraft industry.

The Indonesian government implements distance learning at all levels of education. This study aims to examine 47 risks that can disrupt the online learning process, especially in tertiary institutions. The risk matrix method consists of low risk, medium risk and high risk classifications. Of the 47 potential risks assessed, 29.78% are classified as low risk, around 63.83% are classified as medium risk, then 6.39% are classified as high risk. This study found unfulfilled numbers for student enrollment; plagiarism and bandwidth consumption as high risks in e-learning methods during the co-19 pandemic. Higher education management needs to make a strategic plan in anticipating these risks. This study provides several strategies using the 5W+1H method. With the average of waste per person per day by 1 kg, it is estimated that Jakarta produces 7,000 ton tons of urban waste per day in 2017. The dominant type of urban waste in Jakarta after organic waste is paper waste (18.4%) and plastic waste (13.2%). Present disposal and processing capacity is probably not sufficient to deal with the expected growth. Design/methodology/approach This study mathematically modelled the integration of sharing networks in a circular production system. This is done through an optimization package that deploys a multi-objective mixed-integer linear programming model. Findings This study evaluated the economic benefit and the environmental impact associated with the aforementioned integration in a production system. This study illustrated the inverse relationship between economic benefit and environmental impact and provided a set of solutions that can be used according to the case organizations goals, capacities and logistical capabilities. As an essential food supply sector, the poultry industry supply chain must respond and adapt to new post-COVID-19 conditions. This study aims to analyze the relationship between agility and sustainability in the supply chain of the Indonesian poultry industry for facing various challenges. The method used in this research was the Interpretive Structural Modeling-"Matriced Impacts Croisés Appliquée á un Classement" (ISM-MICMAC) method. The agility and sustainability variables were validated initially by involving industrial supply chain stakeholders in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The study successfully modeled the relationship between agility and sustainability in the integrated supply chain of the Indonesian poultry industry. The agility variable is the driver for the sustainability of the integrated national poultry industry supply chain, with customer sensitivity being an essential key factor in improving the sustainability of the Indonesian poultry supply chain.

Luasnya area pemasaran produk pelumas PT PETRONAS menuntut kinerja 3PL untuk meningkatkan service level perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan dalam rangka pemilihan supplier 3PL transportasi menggunakan metode multi kriteria TOPSIS dan PROMETHE. Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder melalui studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan survey lapangan. Proses pemilihan 3PL tranportasi dilakukan dua tahap yaitu seleksi kriteria dan aspek komersial harga penawaran per wilayah sebagai basis pemilihan supplier terbaik.

Traditional batik industrial wastewater is not well treated so far. The waste is simply dumped in... more Traditional batik industrial wastewater is not well treated so far. The waste is simply dumped into the surrounding water bodies. Raw wastewater quality characteristics of batik small and medium enterprises (SMEs) included pH (6.05), turbidity (1306 NTU/Nephelometric Turbidity Unit), TSS/Total Suspended Solid (1248 mg/l) and COD/Chemical Oxygen Demand (3712.5 mg/l). M. oleifera seed powder coagulant addition and deposition length as well as their interactions in batik effluent treatment significantly (0.01) affected turbidity decrease. Interaction of M. oleifera seed powder coagulant addition (4000 mg/l) and deposition length (180 minutes) showed the lowest turbidity decline namely 59.25 NTU (95.5% reduction). M. oleifera seed powder coagulant addition significantly (0.01) affected TSS reduction. Deposition length and the interaction between the coagulant addition and deposition length did not significantly affect the TSS. Treatment of 5000 mg/l M. oleifera seed coagulant and 60 minutes precipitation gave the best results with the lowest TSS of 156.00 mg/l (87.5% reduction). In general, the best treatment combination was shown by treatment of 5000 mg/l coagulant addition and 180 minutes long deposition which eventually produced turbidity of 61 NTU and TSS of 170 mg/l. Today palm oil based industries are facing global challenges related to environmental issues. To against these challenges, it is necessary to have an environmentally friendly supply chain. However, the limited resource owned by the company requires the integrated environmental strategy with the company's business strategy. The model is developed based on management orientation towards external pressure, internal key resources and competitive advantage that can be obtained as the decision factor. The decision-making method used is Analytical Network Process (ANP). The results obtained institutional pressure becomes the criterion with the greatest influence on green supply chain initiatives and sub criteria of customer desires and stakeholder integration having the most significant influence on green supply chain initiatives. There are five green alternative initiatives that can be done: green product design, greening upstream, greening production, greening downstream and greening post use. For green supply chain initiative, greening upstream is the best priority.
