Hey denizens of MICA.

My roommate and I are moving out of our apartment and need to find replacement renters. It's a two bedroom, full kitchen, large bathroom apartment on Madison Avenue, about a ten minute walk from the school. Rent is $800/month, so it comes to 400 a person. The building also has a laundry room and a little fenced in backyard.
