Incidentally, in relation to the narrator of the latest story -- it's a monster girl version of a gazer. Yes a gazer. While I'm probably not doing anything with Heartvault in the foreseeable future I'm really happy with how many people seem to like "The Heartful Fox, Nanami". The idea for the story started when I was talking to a wlw kitsune friend who found "Senko-san" frustrating -- so close to fulfilling, but stopping well short. So I got to thinking "what if Senko-san but it ends with TS yuri" and wrote it for her. She loved it, by the way! And I'm still proud of the story today even if it's been years.

I've mostly moved on from DA. I might do an AO3 account when I want to continue writing again. Heartvault... is retired for now. But fear not; part of why I kind of lost energy is because I found a creator doing a setting almost just like it and doing it way better than I could.
If you look up the free game "Runes of Pandemonium" on Steam or Itch, it's... it well, feels shockingly like playing an indie RPG taking place very literally in Heartvault, with the extremely good writing that would imply. "Witch Hunter Izana" as well, which is more gothic themed in the same setting by the same creator. Funny thing is, the creator's first outing ("String Tyrant") was entirely themed around dolls and I drew heavily on it for my own horror story.
