But often evolutionary algorithms fail to locate multiple optima as required by the system. Also they fail to store those optima by themselves. So we have to use other selection scheme that can detect & store multiple optima along with evolutionary algorithms. Hence we use niching which is a very powerful tool in detecting & storing multiple optima. Niching methods were introduced to EAs to allow maintenance of a population of diverse individuals so that multiple optima within a single population can be located .Crowding which is a very primitive branch of niching is used here as the selection scheme with Invasive Weed Optimization (IWO) which is a ecologically inspired algorithms depicting behaviors of plants . For multimodal optimization the total search space is divided into several niches in which separately IWO is applied to find the optima in niches. The niches will also store this optima within themselves.

Global competition for customers that demand customized products with shorter due dates and the advancement in information technologies, marked the introduction of the Extended Enterprise. In these EMEs (Extended Manufacturing Environments), lean, virtual, networked and distributed enterprises, form MO (Meta-Organizations), which collaborate to respond to the dynamic marketplace. MO members share resources, customers and information. In this paper we present a hybrid framework based on a DKBS (Distributed Knowledge Base System), which includes information about scheduling methods for collaborative enterprises sharing their problems. A core component of this system includes an inference engine as well as two indexes, to help in the classification of the usefulness of the information about the problems and solving methods. A more structured approach for expanding the MO concept is presented, with the HO (Hyper-Organization). The manner in which MO-DSS can communicate, cooperate and share information, in the context of the HO is also detailed.

attention in the domain of reliability engineering, process
control and computer science. The increasing stringent
requirement of quality of a product needs considerable
attention in the performance and reliability of the
manufacturing system. In general, the feedback control
algorithm for a process designed to handle small perturbation
that may arise under normal operating condition but can not
accommodate any abnormal behavior due to fault. Thus the
automated maintenance or early detection of worn equipment
is becoming a critical issue. This justifies the need of
development of effective methodology in the area of fault
aware controller. In this paper we proposed a novel Algorithm
and it have been tested and implemented for making Highly
reliable system like Automated Cricket Ball Stitching Machine.
Considering this need the present paper proposes the work on the development methodology of fault aware controller using embedded processor with reference to an early needle failure detection of a leather stitching machine.

Research paper thumbnail of Rapid Way Mobile Application in Wireless Sensor Network: A Practical Research in Transportation System

IEEE xplorer, Sep 1, 2014

We propose a new method called rapid way application on the mobile devices to handle and control the connection of the mobiles with GPS while mobile devices or sensor has mobility. This paper explores the
relationship between the five depends and independent variable on Rapid Way mobile application such as Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, time saving, cost saving and intention to use Rapid Way application in Wireless sensor network for managing the sensors. A sample of 100 respondents is selected using a purposive sampling method whereby all segments of society to be included in the survey. A
structured, self-administered as hard copy questionnaire is used to find data from these respondents. The findings indicate that the perceived usefulness (β = 0.307, p<0.002) perceived ease of use (β = 0.176, p<0.080) and time saving (β =0.019, p<0.000) is positively related to intention to use Rapid Way application while cost saving is not significantly related to intention to use Rapid Way application (β =0.408, p<0.849). Besides attention to result of this paper, it shows that there is a significant level of intention to use Rapid Way application, also, time saving (β =0.019, p<0.000) as a new variable has the highest significant.

The dynamic nature of grid resources and the demands of users produce complexity in the grid sche... more The dynamic nature of grid resources and the demands of users produce complexity in the grid scheduling problem that cannot be addressed by deterministic algorithms with polynomial complexity. One of the best methods for grid scheduling is the genetic algorithm (GA); the simple and parallel features of this algorithm make it applicable to several optimization problems. A GA searches the problem space globally and is unable to search locally. Therefore, scholars have investigated combining GAs with other meta-heuristic methods to resolve the local search problem. This is the focus of the present contribution, where we have developed a new hybrid scheduling algorithm that combines a GA and the gravitational emulation local search (GELS) algorithm denotes GGA. The noteworthy feature of the proposed optimal scheduler is that it decreases run-time and the number of submitted tasks whose deadlines are missed. A comparison of the performance of our proposed joint optimal scheduler to similar methods shows that it produces more optimal computation time.

The vast number of documents in today's large databases and especially on the World Wide Web causes problems when searching for concrete information. It is difficult to find satisfactory information that accurately matches user information needs even if it is present in the database. One of the key elements when searching the web is proper formulation of user queries.

The high performance and reliability of multiprocessors have made them a powerful computing resource. Such computing environment requires an efficient algorithm to determine when and on which processor a given task should execute.

The hybrid rough-PSO technique has been used for grouping the pixels of an image in its intensity space. Medical and remote sensing satellite images become corrupted with noise very often. Fast and efficient segmentation of such noisy images (which is essential for their further interpretation in many cases) has remained a challenging problem for years.

Actually, temporal databases are continually appended or updated so that the discovered rules need to be updated. Re-running the temporal mining algorithm every time is ineffective since it neglects the previously discovered rules, and repeats the work done previously.

In computer vision, image processing is any form of signal processing for which the input is an image, such as photographs or frames of videos. The output of image processing can be either an image or a set of characteristics or parameters related to image. The color vision systems require a first step of classifying pixels in a given image into a discrete set of color classes. The aim is to produce a fuzzy system for color classification and image segmentation with least number of rules and minimum error rate.
