Developing situations make use of quick system services that consume system, stockpiling, and processing assets in frameworks. Organizing assets for controlling and making administrations in interconnected spaces and different innovations, in this manner, turns into an incredible test. Innovative work endeavours are dedicated to mechanizing the procedures of arranging, planning, and dealing with the organization and activity of system administrations. In this best-in-class study, we address the subject of Network Service Orchestration (NSO) by looking at the authentic foundation, significant research undertakings, and normalization exercises. We characterize key ideas and propose a scientific classification of NSO approaches and answers to prepare for a typical comprehension of the various endeavours around the acknowledgment of different NSO application situations.

Or because they suffer from bleeding in the digestive system, from an ulcer, from a disease such as leukemia or kidney disease that causes anemia (not having enough healthy red blood cells), a blood disorder or severe liver problems, or even because of cancer treatments such as radiation therapy and chemotherapy. According to the American Red Cross, every 2 seconds someone in the U.S needs blood, this means that America alone needs 14,400 blood donors daily, considering that only one donor can save three needy blood transfusions. This is not all. About 38 percent of Americans are not eligible to donate blood or platelets, measure for that in the rest of the world. It would be terrifying to need a blood donor, given these numbers. Based on this, we created the Zomraty Application, which aims primarily to save thousands of lives in Algeria as a basic first stage for people who need a blood transfusion. Where it connects volunteers to donate blood and people in need by providing detailed information about the donor that allows the needy person to choose the volunteer who is closest and most suitable.

Real-world problems include uncertain data, which makes Fuzzy Target Programming (FGPs) most common. This paper proposes a FGP model that integrates optimal resource allocation to at the same time fulfill prospective goals in economic growth, energy use, workforce, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction linked to key economic sectors of Algeria. The model provides important learning opportunities for future leaders in the key areas of masterminding and leadership. We demonstrate the legitimacy and materiality of the model with a numerical case that allows us to substitute non-renewable energy with renewable energy and an optimal workforce allocation between sectors in Algeria.

OLANs have attracted more interest due to their data access security, and ability to support asynchronous and burst data transmission. This paper describes model for optical LAN network system, and shows the influence of several parameters on the transmission quality. This study allowed us to improve the service quality and the optical communication system performance.

This leads to focusing light spot on behavior of such specific materials and investigating the strain associated with the applied stress to understand both of creep and stress relaxation behavior of the loaded polymeric components. Hence, this chapter deals with the estimation of induced strain allied with the applied force on a polymeric material via establishing the so-called mechanical equivalent models starting from the simple elastic element (spring with a modulus of elasticity E), simple viscous element (damper or dashpot with fluid viscosity η), Maxwell model, Voigt model, modified Maxwell model, modified Voigt model, and Maxwell-Voigt model. The theoretical analysis was built on derivation of the prompted deformation...

Moreover, in this paper, was study different characterizations of EYDWA amplifier, which depend essentially on the opt-geometric parameters, such as concentrations of ions erbium, length of the waveguide and the effect of those parameters to optimize the performance of proposed system. Furthermore, the results reveal that the EYDWA booster (post-amplification) can improve the high performance remarkably under clear rain and the acceptable transmission can be carried out up to 26 km while it get reduced to 19.5 km by using pre-amplification.

If diabetes is not treated and detected early, it can lead to a variety of complications. The aim of this study was to develop a model that can accurately predict the likelihood of developing diabetes in patients with the greatest amount of precision. Classification algorithms are widely used in the medical field to classify data into different categories based on some criteria that are relatively restrictive to the individual classifier, Therefore, four machine learning classification algorithms, namely supervised learning algorithms (Random forest, SVM and Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree DT) and unsupervised learning algorithm (k-means), have been a technique that was utilized in this investigation to identify diabetes in its early stages. The experiments are per-formed on two databases, one extracted from the Frankfurt Hospital in Germany and the other from the database. PIMA Indian Diabetes (PIDD) provided by t...

The design of a quartz oscillator, such as clocks drift functions like ordinary watches that do not perfectly match. Therefore, it needs networked machines sharing common resources. For instance, UNIX makes command updates key files ensuring that files on which it depends exist and are up-to-date. Also, correlating log messages from several systems becomes very difficult if it does not occur at the same time. This paper focuses mainly on how to detect attacks, trying to predict attacks based on delays caused by this equipment. A server is configured using NTP protocol whose main target is to be implemented in UNIX system, to see how the NTP server is managed with the powerful package Chrony for Ubuntu. The examined results via Python reveal that clients neither will be nor able to make final decisions just after negotiating with servers in several attempts, before or after accepting their clock

Granger causality (GC) is one of the most popular measures to reveal causality influence of time ... more Granger causality (GC) is one of the most popular measures to reveal causality influence of time series based on the estimated linear regression model and has been widely applied in economics and neuroscience due to its reliability, clarity, and robustness. Granger causality has recently received increasing attention to study causal interactions of neurophysiological data; in this chapter we have developed a model of causality between the respiratory, hemodynamic, and cardiac signals, more specifically, a study based on the Granger causality between three ECG leads, blood pressure, central venous pressure, pulmonary arterial pressure, respiratory impedance, and airway CO 2. We selected 187 patients of 250 for our study, taken from Montreal General Hospital/MF (Massachusetts General Hospital/Marquette Foundation) databases. These signals are ideal for understanding causality and coupling (unidirectional or bidirectional). In this approach we aim to analyze and understand the interactions between the signals mentioned above, and identify the significance of this interaction. The originality of this chapter is the number of variables selected for the study. Unlike the majority of studies that are conducted only with two variables, our study is multidimensional. The main advantage of a multidimensional and multivariable model is to solve a myriad of problems which is not the case in the two-dimensional studies.
This thesis is a part of the general development framework for embedded applications in telemedic... more This thesis is a part of the general development framework for embedded applications in telemedicine. We started with a thorough study of the ECG signal through a full analysis of QRSTA (QRS-T-area) parameter of this signal. This study led to the development of our first application "DIAGNOSE ECG", embedded on a smartphone, for the determination of the QRSTA parameter, which is considered as an indicator of sudden death. Then, we studied the hemodynamic cardiorespiratory interactions in order to analyze their impact on sleep apnea and the condition of the drivers. In this context, we have contributed on the development of a multi-varied causal model, based on Granger's causality analysis between respiratory, hemodynamic and cardiac signals. Finally, we developed a new approach of analyzing physiological signal based on panel co-integration approach, allowing short- and long-term quantification using FM-OLS and DOLS estimators.
