Sorry I didn't post yesterday I forgot lol. I've been feeling sick since that pizza and now my abdomin muscles hurt it's kinda weird

Yesterday

Breakfast: rest of the pizza

Lunch: bbq chicken with twice baked potato

dinner: veggie and lenttle soup with pita bread (it was very good!)

Snack: Apple

I think I worked out but I don't remember

Today was a bad day lol.

Breafast: nothing

Lunch: Pizza lol

Dinner: Pizza

snack: Ice cream
