Reform movements occur every few years. A cry goes out for public support to implement another new improvement plan and to secure more money for the children. A review of the school reform movement finds very little change in the learning environment although technology has changed the world at large during the past century. This research suggests that reform movements and technology must work together to bring about major changes in the learning environment if public schools are to remain a viable institution in the twenty-first century. Creative teaching using technology must reach the learning and interest levels of all students. “Just-in-time” teaching techniques must be connected with the interest and ability of the student.

The research reviews the promises made by technology to educators, current practice regarding the use of technology in the classroom, and the possibilities in store for creative and innovative teachers. The article emphasizes the use of interaction technologies and emphasizes the globalization of education. The research recognizes the need for “just in time learning models” and the development of “worldwide learning environments.” These new environments for social sciences must move toward an educational process that can transmit through time, space, culture, age, and diverse value systems.

The development of senior living facilities is currently a big business and it will increase exponentially as the baby boomers hit the senior market. In many cases the seniors may have interesting and innovative ideas, but little or no way to express them in the senior living environment. While most senior living environments provide interesting and exciting entertainment related activities for seniors, few provide an intellectual and stimulating environment for learning and sharing with younger generations.

The process will describe how more than 1,600 students have used this process and outcomes than have been developed as a result of the experience. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This study reports on the development and products of a model to infuse entrepreneurship across curricular areas, disciplines and across campuses. Emphasis will be placed on products and/ or new venture ideas developed by the process. The model is designed to teach students to recognize new opportunities, to marshal resources in the face of risk and to implement their solutions in everyday life. Instructional methods include problem-based learning, curriculum integration, community involvement and just-in-time learning delivered via the Internet. In previous USASBE sessions, we have presented the process, now we want to present selected products from the Entrepreneurs in Action process. Application of knowledge developed from this "E spirit process will be discussed by several different professors from several different universities and public schools. INTRODUCTION We live in a changing world. The rate of change has greatly accelerated since 9-11. Chaos and uncertainty are now a part of our everyday life. Much of our formal learning teaches us to think logically and in a linear fashion. We are taught to expect to find "the right answer." But in many cases there are no single "right" answers. Furthermore, we are taught to solve problems. So how does one learn about uncertainty and chaos in an uncertain world? In our work we attempt to rethink the learning process and to emphasis the development of creative and entrepreneurial minds. We encourage the mindset to deal with uncertainty and to develop self-sufficiency. No longer can the current generation expect to work for a major corporation and receive the "gold watch" at the end of a 25-year career. Yet, much of our formal schooling still supports this type of linear thinking.

Introduction
For years we have been interacting with others by using humor. We do not mean by telling stories or ethnic jokes; what we do mean is to play off of the moment and the circumstance. We have used this intuitive style in grocery stores at checkout counters, in banks with tellers, in airports with ticket agents, in graduate classes, in management seminars, in management groups, and in board rooms. Almost, without exception, people like to laugh.
In these situations from the ticket counter to the board room, we have left feeling either satisfied as a customer, or pleased with the joint decision of a board. Our counterparts with whom we have interacted also have seemed to be pleased and, in most cases, smiles were on their faces. What is this thing called humor and how can it help us move organizations into the 21st Century?
We have seen intuitive humor operate effectively in most cases, here in the United States, and in international situations. Recently, while in a meeting with one of the sheiks from the United Arab Emirates, there was a pause in our discussions and the Arabic people all began to laugh. We thought we had done something wrong, but my Arabic friends said oh no, it is just a bit of local humor. Likewise, we have used intuitive humor in Luxembourg, Paris, and Frankfurt recently very successfully. People of all cultures like to laugh.
