Internet provides the opportunity to the people to post their opinion online, they can also share their views on various topics. This opinion can be useful for effective policy formulation. The main aim of this paper is to propose a forum in which government introduced new policy for example Ganga rejuvenation, separate Vidarbha state, direct money transfer scheme etc. on this forum and people post their opinion on this topic. From this public opinion government can understand what is the opinion of the people of this country it is positive or negative? As different age group of people can have different opinion so it is important to categorize this opinion. In this paper we are propose method which shows our output in age group and gender wise. This helps government for effective policy making. This will increase the efficiency of the government scheme as people are directly participating in policy formulation. We are using Natural Language Processing tool to find out opinion polarity.

However, building such a quantum computer would place undreamed of demands on the experimental realization of highly quantum-coherent systems; present-day experimental capabilities in atomic physics and other fields permit only the most rudimentary implementation of quantum computation.

The description of the effects of lowmoderate levels of carbon dioxide on the occupants on the indoor space is presented. A system, containing sensor networks and being internet of things enabled, is proposed, to facilitate in achieving efficient indoor air quality system. The system is designed to contain three major areas of functionality: first, the wireless sensor network that will provide the system with the part per million reading of the room's carbon dioxide. Second, this information is passed through a wireless access point and gets dumped on a server machine. Third, the server side stores and processes this data. The server side contains user interface and notification system functionalities. Keywords— Internet of things (IoT), wireless sensor networks, indoor air quality (IAQ).

Opinion mining is a branch of data mining which deals with techniques for extracting, classifying, understanding, and assessing the opinions expressed in various online news sources, social media comments, and other user-generated content. This technique can be use for policy making by the government. The main aim of this paper is to propose the way in which government introduced new policy for example direct money transfer scheme and publish the hole G.R. on internet i.e. on social side so people will free to post their opinion on the scheme. This system extract data from their opinion with the help of Sentiment Analysis tools and generate output for the government and from that output government will decide that scheme is really good for the people in country or not and if it is good then government will implement that scheme. This will increase the efficiency of the government scheme.
