The suggested picture encryption method uses the encrypted image's output value to set the algorithm's parameters. Second, either discrete Arnold map or indeed the quantum chaotic maps are used to construct the structure of permutations and grey-level encryption, respectively. A classical chaos sequence modifies the pixel value before it is permuted using the Arnold transform. We use the S-box to introduce nonlinearity and diffusion to image files, and then we use the Boolean function XOR to the encrypted picture to provide even more randomness. Additionally, we examine randomness tests such as NIST-R, correlation, and key evaluation. The efficiency of the proposed method is evaluated in relation to many similar existing algorithms. Both theoretical and practical studies support the reliability of our methodology.

in Mumbai Region During Covid 19 pandemic. The organization was forced to change its HR policy
and started Work from Home (WFM) practices. This WFM practice gets some benefits to employees to
maintain their work-life balance, but few employees were involved in moonlighting practices.
Moonlight practice means taking secondary employment after regular employment working hours. The
descriptive research method is used to study the impact of moonlighting on job satisfaction throughout
the population. Four criteria were examined to determine the reasons for moonlighting in the IT sector:
more income, blocked promotions, skill variety, and job independence. The result of the study explores
that there are significant relations between moonlighting on job satisfaction.

that is equitable, creates jobs, and reduces regional disparities in India The country's increased
export potential has been genuinely amazing. However, the MSMEs sector has suffered
significant losses as a result of the unprecedented pandemic caused by Covid-19, and many of
them are now devastated, demanding immediate action to help them recover. The MSMEs sector
has been endangered by the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, and any initiatives will essentially
run into a variety of intractable issues including, funding crunch. A dispersed and transient
workforce, communication problems, a stalled supply chain, blocked import and export routes,
etc. The authors are attempting to use secondary sources of information to examine how
MSMEs have contributed to the growth of the Indian economy. Analyze the extent of the losses
incurred in various industries as a result of the CoVid-19 pandemic and offer some practical
solutions to the issues.

respect to payment gateways. This paper helps us to understand fintech and its various types of digital
transformation, with the help of payment gateway and online payment apps. Digitalisation or digital
banking is the move to online banking where the banking services are delivered over the internet which
is a part of the new technology in finance, i.e. Fintech. A significant gap has been noticed after the
Covid-19 pandemic in the usage of online services which led to a shift from traditional banking to
digital banking. An affective digital transformation begins with understanding digital customer
preferences, behaviour, likes, dislikes, choices, aspirations, etc. During the Covid-19 pandemic
customer faced issues while making offline payments use they wanted contactless payment, and, that's
when payment gateways played a crucial role in the digital transformation by working as a mechanism
that helps in making transactions digitally by transferring money through online payment apps like
Google pay, Paytm, Phone pe, etc. The objective of this research is to study and understand the way
forward in payment gateway and online transactions which were with the help of primary data collected
via google forms. The scope of the study is last, i.e. digital transformation that took place pre and postCovid-19 pandemic. QA questionnaire tool was used to collect data that helped determine and
understand customer preferences.

industries. It is a highly competitive sector with ever-changing consumer preferences, and companies
in this sector need to keep up with the latest trends and technologies to remain competitive. The FMCG
sector is characterized by high turnover, low employee engagement and a need for rapid innovation. As
such, it is important for companies in the sector to focus on employee training and development to
improve employee performance. This study examines the impact of training and development on
employee performance in the FMCG sector in Thane City. The study aims to explore the existing
training and development practices, identify their effectiveness in employee performance, and suggest
ways to improve the current system. The research methodology adopted for the study is qualitative,
involving only secondary data. Secondary data was gathered through online sources, such as published
studies and reports. The data were analysed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The study's
results indicated that training and development positively affect employee performance in the FMCG
sector. The study also identified some challenges the companies faced in training and development,
such as lack of resources, lack of motivation and inadequate training. The study findings can be used to
develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of training and development in the FMCG sector.

covid pandemic, especially in HR functions. Human resource information system is the application who
can process the HR activities to occur electronically and to manage day today HR operations and to
take strategic decision at organizational level. This qualitative study focused on exploring the role of
human resource information systems (HRIS) in Human Resource Operations Management.
Specifically, the study aimed to describe how the HRIS application can process all HR activities within
organizations. The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is an application which processes
different data of Human Resources, payroll, management, and accounting functions within a business.
The aim of HRIS is to merge the different parts of HR Process, including payroll, labor productivity, and
benefit management into a less capital-intensive system than the mainframes used to manage activities
in the past. A HRIS application provide the capability to plan, control and manage HR costs; achieve
improved efficiency and quality in HR decision making; and improve employee and managerial
productivity and effectiveness more effectively. The study intends to assess the study adopted a
descriptive survey research design. This research design is about the effectiveness of HRIS in HRM
operations.

This chapter examines women's unique position in environmental management, emphasising the various disciplines in which they participate and the valuable contributions they make. Women must participate in environmental decision-making processes for long-lasting outcomes. They frequently value long-term environmental sustainability, social equality, and neighborhood well-being highly. Women are better equipped than men to manage complex environmental issues holistically, considering interrelated social, economic, and ecological factors. This chapter reviews the research on women's environmental leadership in environmental management, makes policy recommendations for possible government initiatives to increase the representation of women in environmental decision-making, and identifies areas for additional data collection and research.
