But the problem is we don’t feel it. Why we don’t feel our fullness? Why are we constantly desire something? Craving for something? Spiritual Science gives the answer to why we don’t feel the wholeness in ourselves. It gives a step by step process to know our Wholeness.
This paper first elaborately defines the shlok “Om Purnamadah….”
Then it introduces us to the four paths of liberation i.e. Gyan Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga & Raj Yoga. Further it takes us to Bhakti & Bhakti Yoga, which the author recommends strongly for attaining the Moksha / liberation.
Author is very pleased to acclaim the Parinaam of Bhakti, as told by Maharshi Narad in his “नारद भक्तिसूत्र”.
In addition to this the paper also explains the four types of Bhakti - Atma-Bhakti, Ishvara-Bhakti, Ishta-Devata Bhakti and the fourth one is Guru-Bhakti.
Apart from the definition, the Parinaam and the Types of Bhakti the paper consciously elaborates the virtues of the True Bhakta or Sad-Bhakta. The author is very happy to praise this Sad-Bhakta which according to her is very rare to find in this Kaliyug.
At the end comes “Purity of Mind” without which the Bhakti cannot take place in the Bhakta. In fact for being a Bhakta we must purify our mind first. The mind must be pure to worship. Clean mind only can hold the divinity within.

Today’s education system has lost it’s luster & relevance because of the western influence. It has succeeded in developing within us a hatred towards our own tradition and culture & in making us look at the western way of life with respect & admiration.
: Our country today is in the throes of a moral and cultural crisis & we can say that our education has failed to create a decent society.
: There is a crisis of character, moral decay & breakdown of traditional discipline.
: Quick acquisition of position & wealth by whatever means, fair or foul; good / bad has been the soul motive of the products of such a defective system of education.

diminishing in case of values day by day. It is necessary to develop the programs for inculcating
values in the society.
Today’s Indian youths are little bit confused because of the bombarding of the new technological
devices, information explosion and violent news by the press & media. To inculcate the value
system in their confused minds and make them value-oriented-powerful leaders, educational
institutions should take the initiative to impart Value Based Spiritual Knowledge to this new
generation.
“Imbibing the qualities of good conduct, self-confidence and high values would help students
earn a significant place in society. Education without values is like a flower without fragrance.
Students should realize that character building is equally important as career building. A good
character in life is ultimate thing that stretches person’s self-realization”.
An attempt is made in this paper to discuss the role of the value based education in society, it
elaborately discusses about the implications to develop the value education. Rena, R. rightly
points out that “There is a popular misconception that values are “better caught than taught”. In
reality however, values are both caught and taught.” Today’s generation is not going to catch the
values without teaching. We have to teach the values to this generation before they are caught by
the bombarding of the new technological devices, information explosion and also by the media.
The paper lastly discusses about the value education attempt taken by the author herself by
creating the “SanskarSarjan Blog” for her college students. According to the author Value Based
education cannot be taught without Spiritual Knowledge or Spiritual Consciousness.
In conclusion, mere desire or aspiration to progress in life is not enough; success should be based
on values. And for that value-based education must be imparted in today’s institutions. So that
the students may emerge as good leaders in their chosen fields.

technological developments on the Web have had a major influence on these
changes. The change also places new requirements on librarians’ competencies
and skills.
The Blog being one of the tools of Web 2.0 is very effective for communication
now a days. Blogs can be used to enhance the services provided within the
Libraries. Blogging has been around for about a decade now. Blogs are
immensely popular both for individuals and organizations to get the word out on
topics they believe will be of interest to readers.
This paper basically tries to present an example of the services provided by the
Library of D. T. S. S. College of Commerce, Mumbai through various Blogs. This
paper investigates how Blogging is worth using in the library for knowledge or
information transfer. Blogging becomes immensely helpful in providing latest &
useful information & knowledge to the users of the library.

today’s Academic Realm, according to the writer. Best practices are identified by examining
empirical evidence of success. At present there are many Best Practices followed in Academic
Libraries to improve the quality of services and professionalism.
This paper describes various meanings given by various dictionaries and council such
Online Dictionary of Library and Information Science, Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary,
National Accreditation and Assessment Council and then discusses the Best Practices followed
in the Sanskar Sarjan Education Society’s D. T. S. S. College of Commerce and P. D. T. Junior
College of Commerce and Science, Malad. It also analyze the Best Practices with their Goal of
the Practice, The Process, Impact of the Practice, Resources required, and Remarks.
In conclusion the paper strongly opines that “the Best Practices should not only fulfill
the need of information of the students, but also include the services and activities in which
the aim of overall development of the students is achieved.”

their experience. But often it is seen that the human side of it is much ignored. Everybody
confess it’s the people that make or break successful knowledge management, but the
spiritual, or human, side of Knowledge Management has received comparatively little
attention.
After defining the concept of Knowledge & Knowledge Management, this paper presents a
review of some books and articles that offer more in-depth study about the knowledge,
knowledge management with a spiritual touch.
Using what we call an ‘Eastern philosophy meets Harvard Business School’ approach, by
identifying fifteen ‘laws’ of human development. This paper tries to make an attempt to
redress this variation describing the spiritual principles for the successful management of
knowledge.
To be truly honest, the genesis of these ideas started with an important potential of powerful
knowledge management – stealing. I am really very indebted to Marcus Speh Birkenkrahe,
knowledge manager at Shell International for writing a paper on “Seven Spiritual Laws of
Successful Knowledge Management”. He presents an attempt to describe seven spiritual laws
that should form the basis of any KM initiative.
The paper concludes with seven spiritual principles given by Prof. Manohar Wadhwani that
may be useful in managing the true knowledge for successful Knowledge Management.

collaborative, interactive and receptive web. It is an alteration in the philosophy of web
companies and web developers; Web 2.0 is a change in the philosophy of society.
This paper defines Web 2.0, Library 2.0 and Librarian 2.0 as the application of interactive,
mutual, and multi-media web-based technologies to web-based library services and collections,
and suggests this definition be adopted by the librarians.
The paper elaborates the skills & qualities of a Librarian 2.0. It discusses that the Librarian 2.0 is
more about changing attitudes and ways of thinking than anything else. The challenge the
profession now faces is trying to clearly communicate the nature and scope of this new
professional attitude. Librarian 2.0 requires a “different mindset or attitude.” It is “challenging
our mental models” Booming librarians in the Web 2.0 world (and beyond) need to be aware of,
and have some basic understanding of, the up-coming technology—what is available and what it
can do and how to make it do what is needed—but they do not need to be IT professionals as
such.
This paper recommends Blogging which is worth using in the library for knowledge or

“True Knowledge” is shown. Exactly like a corner of a house has a small temple, there should be one such
corner in every library as well as in every digital library for the collection of True Knowledge.
The question arises then is What is True Knowledge? The paper explains the meaning of it. In Sanskrit we find
the definition of Vidya. “Saa Vidya Ya Vimuktaye” That is Knowledge Which Liberates. So, in the explanation
of this definition this paper elaborately discuss about Knowledge and Liberation.
And then shows the resemblance or analogy of Library Automation and Human Mechanism for Liberation.
And it tries to analyze the similarity between the Library Softwares by various Developers and Life-Paths laid
down by different Spiritual Experts / Sadguru / Enlightened Soul. There are many PATH developed for
Liberation. E.g. Rajayog, Karmayog, Bhaktiyog, Kriyayoga, Meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Positive
Thinking, Art of Living, etc.etc…

Library Professionals, today. They have to handle the new advanced technology, old generation
of upline management & downline i.e. library staff, as well as the new Net Generation (students)
especially in a College Library. As a result, present library professionals need more stress
management techniques to be taught than ever.
This paper mainly discusses the ‘Stress’, it’s various definitions, physical symptoms of stress,
patterns of stress, stressors, types of stressors, basic steps to prevent stress, how to manage it
and cope with it using stress management techniques, styles of stress management, coping skills
or healing ways and main stressors which affect the professionals with special reference to the
College Library Professionals and their work.
According to the author Stress Management has to be dealt with a touch of Spiritual Knowledge

In conclusion, mere desire or aspiration to manage stress in life is not enough; it should be
chased through for the betterment. And for that, stress management techniques must be widely
used by the professionals today. So that the Library Professionals may emerge as peaceful and

Topic: English Improvement Book-club
The Scope of the experiment:
This experiment is done with the help of undergraduate students from our Institute who come
from vernacular medium.
Significant Data: In the beginning the data is collected for proving the need for the ‘English
Improvement Book Club’ in our Institute. To collect other significant data the presenter has to
make a survey of the students who are in need of this facility. To collect the next data and
analyze this process the librarian gave the students a questionnaire for knowing their views as
well as their level of English. This study will show the simple solution for the English Language
problem of many students. So the study will be very much significant in itself.
Major Findings:
Students come to the librarian for many reasons & many problems; with this experiment they are
happy that at least they could climb a step ahead to improve their fluency in English language.
This Study definitely proves that if all Undergraduate Institutes take up the initiative for starting
the ‘English Improvement Book Club’ for their students, the students will be highly benefited.
Conclusion :
Academic Librarian can help the students through this new activity & develop their English by
undertaking the responsibility of the ‘English Improvement Book Club’.

WELCOME TO YOU ALL ONCE AGAIN FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR !
Now this year plan systematically to achieve your ultimate goal i.e. your best result.
I am going to tell you the secret way to achieve the target, whatever may be.
Friends, have you observed your mind? Do you know that we are constantly talking to ourselves without stopping. Have you observed that after waking up in the morning our self – talk starts, till we go to sleep? And dear friends, in these 16 to 18 hours what we talk to ourselves, have you observed? If not, do try & see how we waste our valuable time in useless & redundant thinking. Just do such observation for your good, at least for one day, & try to evaluate your thinking.

This is the time to get out off the negative, this is the time to root all possible positive ideas in your mind, this is the time to grab every truth about life, this is the time to learn how to be happy, & how to get through the life.
I have to suggest a few things which can be so helpful to you in every walk of life. Be ready to grasp these ideas now, at this age.
I know that whoever will try to think deeply on these ideas & digest them, will become very very successful in his life.
Do you know friends, that the god has installed a powerful computer within you, the key of which is given to you ? & you do not know about your own power!
Yes, you have got that tremendous power within you & you have to just realize it & use it as and when it is needed.
1. clean your heart
2. Visualizing
3. have faith in your dream or ideas
4. Nourishing
5. LASTLY THANKSGIVING

Do you know that you have tremendous potential to bring into existence, whatever good you think and crave-for intensely in your heart and mind ?
Yes, it is 100% true, I can challenge you about that. But for that there are some divine rules.
Dear friends, do you know that (pure) man’s word is his WAND (magic stick) filled with power. And that the death and life are in the power of his tongue ! So man has power to change an unhappy condition into happiness and success by waving over it, the wand of his word.
First and foremost you must accept that YOU ARE DIVINE.

Read these simple ways for becoming successful.
In our life everybody has got 16 to 20 hours time per day to work & try for success? If 4 to 8 hours goes in sleeping daily & if we work & try for success all other time, we can have 16 to 20 hours at our hand & as I said at the beginning, it is a process of becoming & not being. Successful persons are made and not produced, remember this. Everybody & anybody can become successful person, if he desires so.
Desire, “Heart’s Desire” should be there, then nothing is impossible. If you have a slight desire to be Successful; boost it, dream it, fire it by talking to yourself. Give your ‘mind’ to it. Crave for it, try & you will get what you want.
For that you have to “mind your time”. First, observe how much time you get for minding successfully.

Verse:
tat-karma yan-na bhandaaya
saa vidhyaa yaa vimuktaye;
aayaa saayaa param karma
vidyaa-anyaa shilpa naipu Nam
Meaning:
Those acts alone which help one to avoid bondage are the rightful/righteous acts and that learning alone which leads one to release is real knowledge or vidya.
All other acts end up only in fatigue and all other learning is a mere exhibition of skill in arts
which means Education is that which has Liberation as its aim or Knowledge is that which liberates.

Optimist always looks at the Church (i.e. GOD)!
In my article ‘Mind Your Time’ in Sanskar Sarjan blog
(http://sanskarsarjan.blogspot.com) ‘How to shift in to
Positive from Negative’ is explained.
We have to shift our thoughts in Positive, every time we face
negativity, like in NLP; there are ‘Shifters’. If we are going
through any difficult situation, we have to take help of these
shifters. Shifters are nothing but memories of the happy
moments from our own life or nature’s cool scenic pictures
or anything which gives us joy & happiness. We have to
group this with one of the body movement or body sign &
when we are going through the tough times or difficulties in
life, we have to do that movement, so that immediately we
are reminded of that particular memory or scene and we can
shift our mood. This is a very miraculous Gift given by GOD
to all Human Beings!

collaborative, interactive and receptive web.
Librarian 2.0 requires a “different mindset or attitude.” It is “challenging
our mental models” Booming librarians in the Web 2.0 world (and beyond) need to be aware of,
and have some basic understanding of, the up-coming technology—what is available and what it
can do and how to make it do what is needed—but they do not need to be IT professionals as
such.
This paper recommends Blogging which is worth using in the library for knowledge or
information transfer. Blogging becomes massively helpful for Librarian in providing latest &
useful information & knowledge to the users of the library.

According to the author Stress Management has to be dealt with a touch of Spiritual Knowledge
or Spiritual Consciousness. As she firmly believes in the benefits of being spiritual.
In conclusion, mere desire or aspiration to manage stress in life is not enough; it should be
chased through for the betterment. And for that, stress management techniques must be widely
used by the professionals today. So that the Library Professionals may emerge as peaceful and
good leaders in their chosen fields and be active in their achievements as true professionals.

Dear friends, do you know that (pure) man’s word is his WAND (magic stick) filled with power. And that the death and life are in the power of his tongue ! So man has power to change an unhappy condition into happiness and success by waving over it, the wand of his word.

The source of "sa vidya ya vimuktaye" is Vishnu Purana 1.19.41:
Verse:
tat-karma yan-na bhandaaya
saa vidhyaa yaa vimuktaye;
aayaa saayaa param karma
vidyaa-anyaa shilpa naipu Nam
