Mental pressure is undermining individuals' wellbeing. It is non-paltry to identify pressure conv... more Mental pressure is undermining individuals' wellbeing. It is non-paltry to identify pressure convenient for proactive consideration. With the fame of web based life, individuals are utilized to share their day by day exercises and associate with companions via web-based networking media stages, making it practical to use online informal organization information for stress identification. We find that clients stress state is firmly identified with that of his/her companions in internet based life, and we utilize an expansive scale dataset from genuine social stages to efficiently think about the relationship of clients' pressure states and social cooperations. We initially characterize a lot of pressure related literary, visual, and social qualities from different viewpoints, and after that proposed a plot .Experimental outcomes demonstrate that the proposed model can improve the discovery execution .With the assistance of list we fabricate a site for the clients to recognize their pressure rate level and can check other related exercises.

PLC or Programmable logic controller is used to control a mechatronics system using specific func... more PLC or Programmable logic controller is used to control a mechatronics system using specific functions. Basic PLC functions such as timing, sequencing, controlling and relaying are to be implemented. The basic programming logic and ladder programming is to be studied and implemented. The intelligent or "Smart Traffic Control" is one which would be able to calculate the vehicle density in a lane at a 4-way crossing and then decide the priority automatically using a program. In practical situations sensors are used to detect presence of vehicles in a lane and calculate the density and sends an interrupt signal to the control unit. In PLC the status of the sensors are checked and certain logical operations are performed to decide which lane is to be serviced first. Under low density condition it would operate sequentially. Ladder diagram is to be developed for the implementation of the same in PLC.

The fundamental purpose of this article is to review the human’s bosom buddy beagle dog as a pet ... more The fundamental purpose of this article is to review the human’s bosom buddy beagle dog as a pet animal, as an experimental animal model for basic research methodology, and other uses of this breed in various field. Main focus of this paper is to light up beagle dog anatomical and physiological resemblance to humans with brief idea about disease pathology and treatment. The article collect different diseases that associated to eyes, oral system, CVS and bone joint, from different review articles and research papers, putting all these study in one paper. This animal model gives practical and clinical knowledge about disease pathology, history and mechanism of the drug. Overall conclusion was to describe scope of beagle as an animal model to understand human anatomy and the effect of drug that having similar action on dog as well as humans. All conventional methods may fail to the intended purpose during method development and validation. In a QbD approach, the impact and interactions between critical method variables are understood using a Design of Experiments (DOE) approach, which gives multivariate analysis and modeling leading to the consistent quality of drug products. Till now we are having many scheduling algorithm but in all such scheduling algorithm there are some advantage and disadvantage. So we cannot perfectly say that this scheduling algorithm is best of all. So a research on that is mandatory but by using any one scheduling algorithm we can fulfill our needs so before doing research on that we have to see on other fields also which is more important than that from all of this can make our work. The other field is security. Resources which we are shared between server and clients should be secure and the third party cannot use it without any proper authorization. As resources are transferred between client and server using network so there may be chance of any misuse of these resources. So...

Transdermal drug delivery system of diltiazem hydrochloride was developed to obtain a prolonged c... more Transdermal drug delivery system of diltiazem hydrochloride was developed to obtain a prolonged controlled drug delivery. Both the matrix diffusion controlled (MDC) and membrane permeation controlled (MPC) systems were developed. The matrix diffusion controlled systems used various combinations of hydrophilic and lipophillic polymers, whereas membrane permeation controlled systems were developed using the natural polymer chitosan. The MDC systems were prepared using the cast film method and the MPC systems by an adhesive sealing technique. Both the systems were characterized for in vitro and in vivo performance. The MDC systems were characterized for physicochemical properties such as tensile strength, moisture content, and water vapor transmission. The in vitro release studies showed that the release from the matrix diffusion controlled transdermal drug delivery systems follows a nonfickian pattern and that from the membrane permeation controlled transdermal drug delivery systems follow zero-order kinetics. The release from the matrix systems increased on increasing the hydrophilic polymer concentration, but the release from the membrane systems decrease on cross-linking of the rate controlling membrane and also on addition of citric acid to the chitosan drug reservoir gel. The in vivo studies of the selected systems showed that both systems are capable of achieving the effective plasma concentration for a prolonged period of time. The MPC system achieved effective plasma concentration a little more slowly than the MDC system, but it exhibited a more steady state plasma level for 24 hr.

Psychological stress is threatening people's health. It is non-trivial to detect stress timely fo... more Psychological stress is threatening people's health. It is non-trivial to detect stress timely for proactive care. With the popularity of social media, people are used to sharing their daily activities and interacting with friends on social media platforms, making it feasible to leverage online social network data for stress detection. In this paper, we find that users stress state is closely related to that of his/her friends in social media, and we employ a large-scale dataset from real-world social platforms to systematically study the correlation of users' stress states and social interactions. We first define a set of stress-related textual, visual, and social attributes from various aspects, and then propose a novel hybrid model-a factor graph model combined with Convolutional Neural Network to leverage tweet content and social interaction information for stress detection. Experimental results show that the proposed model can improve the detection performance by 6-9% in F1-score. By further analyzing the social interaction data, we also discover several intriguing phenomena, i.e. the number of social structures of sparse connections (i.e. with no delta connections) of stressed users is around 14% higher than that of non-stressed users, indicating that the social structure of stressed users' friends tend to be less connected and less complicated than that of non-stressed users.
