Archie Patterson - Music Is Life (original) (raw)

Eurock was conceived in 1970 by Archie Patterson as an idea for a radio program. Its first program aired the Ides of March 1971 on commercial FM in Central California. In 1973, a magazine of that same began publication.

In 1976, Archie moved up to Portland, OR to run Intergalactic Trading Company, a branch of Music Millennium. He's published 40 issues and 5 books during Eurock's 50-year history, opening new doors of discovery to an incredible array of experimental musicians and 'Music From Around The World'.

The 'Special Edition Extended Cut' documentary film showcases music, video and stories by long time friends, artists and supporters of Eurock.
