Synopsis
Amafuji Ken longs to tell his best friend Youshinari Ritsurou how he really feels. In the way of that admission is Ritsurou's girlfriend, Moeko. After dropping out of high school, Ken gets Ritsurou to live with him. The angst begins when Ken sleeps with Moeko to get to Ritsurou.

This isn't an anime I'll be recommending any time soon.
PLOT (3/10)
The plot was extremely predictable, despite the summary being promising. Also, the girl seemed to have been thrown in last minute. She didn't really add anything to the story, and neither did the fact that one of the guys sold his body for a living.
ART (7/10)
The art wasn't bad, considering how old it is, but the downside of that is that even the best copy of the anime (I downloaded it from aarinfantasy) is in a really low quality.
SOUND (6/10)
The music is exactly what you'd expect from an old anime: a few repetitive notes for... different moments. It could've been worse, though.
CHARACTER (5/10)
Like I said, the female character was rather useless, and the male leads were really nothing special. I really didn't care if they ended up together or not, I just wanted to see how the girl would react when she found out that her boyfriend was having an affair with his best friend. Poor girl, she had no hope in hell of getting that guy, and she didn't even know it!
If you're looking for a story with likable characters who you can root for, skip this. Hell, even if all you're looking for is fluff or smut, this isn't for you. The relationship between the two guys isn't cute at all, and although there is implied sex, nothing is shown and there's only mild nudity.
I'll only recommend this to those who are looking for a good laugh.

I can sum this OVA up in one word: annoying.
After watching a couple of minutes, my first thought was, "What is this, a Lifetime movie?"
Well, you know what they say about first impressions. Mine was pretty much right.
Our story begins with two best friends: high school students. It's not hard to guess what happens from there, though throwing a poor girl without a chance in hell into the mix was a rather sad touch (on her end, anyway. I felt sorry for her).
The music grated on me from the very second the picture popped onto the screen. It made me feel like I was seeing... something a bunch of middle aged women would watch on movie night or some crap. Although, the story had just as much of a chick flick feel to it, so it fit even more.
That being said, I hate movies like that, so naturally I was annoyed almost the entire time by how cliche and sickeningly girly every scenario was. I found myself wondering if it was over yet every few minutes, that's how much I wanted it to be.
The characters actually aren't half bad in terms of characterization, and the art is decent too. I didn't hate this anime, but like I said, I was extremely annoyed by it. If this had been any longer than one episode, I probably wouldn't have watched any more of it.
If you like chick flicks, you'll like this. That's really all I can say at this point. If you want something deep and unique, this is not the one you're looking for.

That was probably the most boring thing in the world

I could predict what was going to happen throughout the entire thing. You would think someone would finally change the story around NOPE. Im not surprised at all. I kind of have to expect that from yaoi now.

Typical 90s art style. Not really up to my taste. But not as bad as some.

There were also holes in the animation which made it not flowly but I did laugh when they were at a bar and dancing
