I think this is by far the best picture drama i have watched. It shows Lelouch`s determination to make the world a better place before his Zero plans have started. He was ready to sacrifice himself for humanity if necessary from the beginning.
However, that being said, this doesnt confirm he is dead. It just shows he had the resolve to die for his ideals, not to become a last second martyr like some haters are claiming.
It may be a bit longer than the rest, having some fillers as well, but its definitely something you should watch.

On the side note it also shows Suzaku`s wish... to become "dog of the army", knight no.1 in order to gain influence in the Britannian court to hopefully speak for the right of Japanese people, namely to make Japan a better living place for his friends Lelouch and Nunnally.

I feel like Code Geas (phenomenal show) has gotten way too popular that the collective watch time of all of the extras easily tops that of the parent show, and that ends up sometimes working against the series. A hungry fan like myself can never get enough of this greatness, but at the same time puts on high expectations that match the show and end up frequently disappointed.
Just this morning I reviewed a Picture Drama that spanned 8 minutes an episode and claimed it to be the longest Picture Drama I've ever watched, but not after this one, an outstanding 16 minutes, they could have... pushed an extra 4 minutes and crashed it as an episode number.
The visuals are of course as the nature of the short are a progressive slideshow of still images, it's all about the dialogue in these. Which was kind f pointless, in a sense, it adds in more life and characteristic to the main cast, but it does nothing to connect with the main storyline.
