I usually see one or two episodes of an anime before completing it, I also ask friends just in case, so that most animes in my list are 7+ scored, my personal method to score them is something like this, despite of the useless that it is to even score:

1-4 It depends on how I feel after watching it, but you can guess that it isn't worth. 5- I don't usually use this, I get bored before having it completed. 6- It had the potential to become something better and ended up being an average one. 7-Enjoyed it, neutral score for a series that fits the minimums of quality. 8- Was better than the regular, didn't want to wait for next episode 9- It was perfect almost perfect for its genre, but still has the potential to be better somehow. 10- That's how anime should be done. This is for the animes that represent (for me) how an anime of its genre should be made. Don't compare a 10 of a Seinen with a 10 of a Shounen, I don't mean to even try and compare them, they're simply one of the best among its thematics.

Plot, Soundtrack, Enjoyment, Animation
Every one of those aspects scored up to 2,5 for the 10

I will always care about the plot development, which intrinsically includes characterization. That alone can predict the score for an anime, as mented above if it has no plot development it won't be enjoyable so just gets a low score. I think is a fair method, which hasn't failed too much for me.

I watch almost like every kind of thing you might suggest me, I've pretty much seen a lot of different shows by now.
Despite the Plan to Watch huge list I don't really have any interest for certain series as I had when I just started and hadn't seen the ""top"" series, so I'm up to anything you might tell me.
