Thanks for the birthday wish :D

I mean, that's if the show wants to have a comic relief, if it's a really serious show, it might be weird lol, although I guess a show can be serious without looking serious, I haven't watched Bojack Horseman, but from what I've seen it seems like a pretty serious show that talks about depression and stuff, and the main character is literally a horse. Yeah, but that's to be expected, there's always trends, and they will follow them because it's the easiest way to make a lot of money, and right now we're on the age of Isekai, so if you love the genre, it's fantastic for you, but if you don't, it'll be a while until you have 30 shows on the same season that you're interested in. That's completely understandable, it would be horrible specially because I assume a lot of the mangas you're reading are pretty new, so you could forget that you even started them, or are monthly, so they're easy to miss when trying to remember all of them. If I were you I'd probably go crazy and have like 5 different websites with the list of mangas I'm reading, just in case lol.

True, no one has really challenged the theory of gravity, with scientific studies at least lol. I'd say it depends, because those who get to the top are the ones who have a lot of talent and work as if they'd die if they didn't (that sounded weird, but I think you get what I'm trying to say). So even if you have 200% more talent than someone normal, you won't have much more talent than the best in the world, and he's working like he's a demigod or something. I mean, if he gave us powers to fight in the wars, it could be fun (as long as he has resurrection magic lol). Yeahhh, he isn't a great guy.

That's true, it being an excuse could be closer to the truth, specially when, if you remember, they did the same thing like two years after Covid. Well, but if there's something interesting about the show you watched, even if it isn't a big part of the plot, I'd say you at least enjoyed those parts so it wasn't really forcing yourself to watch it, more like enduring boring parts to get to the great ones. That's exactly what I was thinking about lol, I can't think of a revenge anime where the first episode doesn't finish with the MC looking at the camera with wrath on his eyes swering he/she will get revenge.

That's good to know, and a relief because I did it right lol. I don't know, I always assumed that an anime episode would probably adapt around four chapters of a manga, because of how long it takes you to read, and how someone saying something is slower than someone reading the same thing, but it wasn't like that in this case, and maybe it usually isn't. I mean, that's what we want, it'd be disapointing to see that they add it to MAL and we see 0/12 when it starts. That's true, it could be that they're more interested in making a GOOD second season (not like Blue Lock did, with an anime that got so famous and they literally colored the manga and that's pretty much it).

Some parents see their kids as little angel that could do no wrong even if they murder someone. I feel bad for teachers because a lot of parent do expect teacher to also parent their kids like some parents are so lazy and don't want to do the parenting.

Yeah lol like "in Kuroko no basket, you'll meet Naruto Uchiha, the tennis player who wants to conquer Tokyo with his army of blind oisters" (by the way, I'd watch an anime with this plot). But anyways, even if you're a picky watcher, there's thousands of animes in total, surely you'll find a few that fit your taste. I guess it depends on the website, I read them on Manganato (which I feel like you recommended), and there they sometimes do it like this.

Yeah, although I guess there's probably things that were discovered 500 years ago and haven't been proven wrong in the slightest. True, because even if you don't train at 100%, someone else will, so you can't afford to be left behind if you want to be the best. Specially since it could be pretty weird, imagine if he decided to make a harem with every woman on the planet, who would we marry lol. Plus I don't know if you've watched The Boys (a show on Prime Video), but if you know who Homelander is, you see how things aren't great for some people if the wrong person gets superpowers lol.

Now that you mention it, I wonder how Covid affected seasonals (at that point I started watching seasonals, so I had enough on my plate to worry about new animes lol), were you already watching them back then? Well, unfortunately some people don't agree with that, it's cool to watch a John Wich film on the cinema, but there's actually real hitmans out there who wouldn't care as long as they get paid enough. True, I don't even think you should watch the second or third season of an anime you had to force yourself to finish, which makes it even more stupid to watch a completely new story. True, plus if you like what the anime is going to be about, it's really exciting to finish the first episode, where the MC is like swears to himself he'll be the best at whatever it is no matter what, or when an Isekai you start to see how the MC's power is actually going to work out.

It depends on the manga to be fair, a manga like Baki might have a chapter without dialogue in it because it just shows a fight, whereas (I don't know if that's how this word is spelled or if it's meant to be used in this type of scenario, but anyways) in a manga like 20th Century Boys, which might have a really complex plot, it might take you 10 minutes to read a chapter because it's almost like a book with images lol. So it's basically about how many chapters the first season adapted. A guy on reddit said it ended on chapter 60, so if by that time it had those 110 or even less chapters it makes sense that they wouldn't have enough content for a full 24 episode season, which is what the fans want. That'd be fair elsewhere, but to be honest, would you put such a fantastic animation work on an anime you're not sure if it'll succeed? I wouldn't lol.

True, they're usually Japan exclusives there in cinemas or on DVDs etc so yeah xD but it's comforting that they've continued it in some form and not be completely done with it when season 1/OVAs ended
Usually I drop if things don't match or the pacing is random or such, I do have some animes that I've watched like 7/12 eps but then it didn't follow anymore the storyline and the following eps felt random or it goes really downhill, like I enjoy it first but later on no.
I do have some animes that depend on the mood, that I try to start it and I'm like hmm not feeling it but when I really get on the feeling so it's great anime, like some adventure ones :D dropping I do when I've given it like 1-2 more episodes a chance for it to get better and I come to conclusion it's better to drop it xD
Usually I research more if they're really interesting, if it's something that watching on side so then some amount :3

Yeah true, like a romance having the description of an Isekai and the picture of a driving anime because the AI isn't properly calibrated. I mean, that's fair, if you don't like Isekai, your options are limited, but I'd say there's still a lot of interesting animes each season, even outside Isekais. What I've sometimes seen is a page where the chapters are like:
44
45.1
45.2
45
46.1
46.2
46 you get what I mean.

Yeah, plus sometimes studies get corrected by a more recent study that used a more reliable way to gather the information and discovers something the previous one didn't, so you also have to pay atention as to how recent the article is, since it might have been proven wrong. But anyways, I think that the life of an athlete outside the sport is usually more strict than the life of a gamer outside videogames. It would be great, but only if we get the powers lol.

I don't know, I assume it takes quite some time to do it, getting the permision to animate the manga, doing it with time just in case something gets delayed, and stuff like that. I mean, who doesn't like money lol. It's fair enough, it depends on how much you liked an anime, I don't think I'll watch Boruto, but if One Piece had a sequel, I'd watch it no matter how bad it was, just to see the characters I love again; I simply enjoyed Naruto while I love One Piece, so I can understand why you wouldn't care even if you enjoyed the prequel. That's a good point, the best part of a season is usually as it's going to start, since you're so excited to watch all this new shows that seem fantastic.

And the thing is, I could understand it if they didn't have enough material to make the second season (If the anime adapted until chapter 50 and there's currectly 60, it makes sense), but I remember seeing that it had probably more than enough for a second season to be made inmediatelly after.

But of course that depends on how advanced that AI is, which I have no idea about lol. And to be fair, if you like watching seasonals, you'll have anime for quite a while, because I'm sure for most people there'll be like 20 different animes at least that they'd enjoy, and the thing is, for 10 of them, they'll have to watch the previous seasons, like if you wanted to watch the new season of Bleach as a new anime fan, you'd have to watch around 400 episodes of Bleach before that lol. Oh, I don't know, I guess it depends on the website, I've seen websites that post the chapters in parts (like 45.1, 45.2, 45.3) and then don't delete them when they put up the full chapter, I don't know how the servers work. But it is one of the things you have to accept if you want to read publishing mangas. Of course, it'd be different if we're speaking about manhuas lol.

True, although there's probably so many different opinions on the matter that you won't be able to pick up what's right unless you have some base knowledge about the topic. If you have a fast metabolism, you need to eat more than others to be at the exact same weight, for example. I mean, I'm so used to Isekais that if I see a weak character that's less talented than the rest it only lasts for like 10 minutes before he receives the most overpowered ability known to man-kind that was only spoken in the sacred books of the world he went to.

Now that you say it, it does make sense, you want your animes to shine, so if you make them at the same time as an anime that has been expected by everyone for years, you might not get as much atention. But maybe they're also kind of desperate to make money, so they made such amazing animes just to not be left behind by their competitors and lose a lot of money. I mean, just because some of the characters from the original show appear it made it worth it for me. Yeah, you should expect a meh season, and if it's meh, who cares, but if it's great, you'll enjoy it like a kid.

I just received the notification for the third season of Oshi no Ko (like with quite a few animes over the past couple of days), so yeah, it's weird that they waited so much.

Hahaha. What a coincidence! I also used to play "Age of Mythology" when I was a kid. I played both the classic version and the Titans expansion. Recently, I found out that the developers released a remaster of the game, and it looks epic, but I wouldn't buy it just yet. Did you enjoy those types of games? Are you into urbanization? I just discovered another game called "Cities: Skylines," and I really like the idea of building contemporary cities. "Age of Empires II" focuses more on urbanizing to conquer other empires either with different goals like colonizing or destroying their entire civilization to eradicate the empire them, while "Cities: Skylines" focuses more on economic and population growth. I'd love to buy it, but it's super expensive. Hahaha, I’ll wait for a sale. Have you played it? And when you mention Overwatch, does that mean you like first-person shooters?

What you just told me, I actually learned it in my business administration classes. Hahaha. We’re learning how to do a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to analyze the location and make sure the business can thrive in the long term. Have you personally started a business, or do you just know about it in theory?

The way you described the first episode, I remember it exactly like that. Even though it’s been a while since I watched the series. I want to watch the other seasons, but right now, I’m watching "My Hero Academia," and I’m about to start the sixth season. Have you seen it? What do you think about it? Hahaha. The mix of someone who’s physically Caucasian but culturally British and Japanese feels surreal, don’t you think?

Same here. I really like her personality. She made me feel good when I watched the anime, which is why I put her among my favorite characters. Is she a bit cynical? I didn’t really notice that. Since I only watched the first season, I thought she was just nice, energetic, and funny. The way the personalities are coordinated really fits the storyline.

Maybe AI is already good enough to right descriptions for animes, so it could be what they do. Yeah, plus I think with time, you'll know what you want to watch, so you'll just check whatever genre or theme you like on the anime search section of MAL. It would make sense then, since then the webs that copied don't really see a new chapter appearing on the scan's website and don't realize they have the wrong one, it'd actually be pretty smart. Lol, with some mangas you just can wait, they always leave you at the best part, and you have to wait a whole week, at least if you're lucky and it isn't monthly. It could be, but thinking about it, if any manga has more chapters than Hajime no Ippo, I doubt the author had any time to write another manga before lol.

Yeah, at the end of the day we have no idea lol, but I guess we can still use our logic to understand what might be. And maybe, I don't know how strict athletes are, it might depend on the person. Maybe really tallented people don't have to sacrifice as much to get there as someone without tallent.

Completely true. I don't know, I think it's pretty much about coincidence, like maybe that season they just decided to animate some animes that turned out to be loved, maybe some mangas that some studios were eager to animate finally had enough chapters to make a first season, and stuff like that, we simply got lucky, and we might get lucky again in the future. Yeah, there's some pretty decent shows to look forward to, like the second season of Four Knights of the Apocalipse, if you're a Seven Deadly Sins fan. It's all about expectations I think, we just need to see Frieren's season as an ideal that something happens, not as the minimum.

When I watch seasonals I watch the episodes all toghether the day after they come out, so it's the same for me lol. Yeah, it was odd that they didn't anounce the second season even before the first one ended lol. Yeah, but regardless of the reason, I think it has to be an important one, otherwise who would miss the oportunity of making a second season of such a famous anime?

There are some parents who defend their kids, no matter what they did. Some parents just don’t think that their own kids are capable of doing wrong.
In some cases, it's the parent not wanting to acknowledge their own failures or mistakes.

Yeah, but it needs some discipline and "organization". Its impressive, and I mean it!:p

Maybe when I stop and organize a list I can do something like this, maybe one or two everyday, but sure not Niiiiiiiiiiine huuuuuuuuuundred xD

Oh, yeah just finished yesterday! It was great, just my kind of stuff, good stuff. Maybe I can add Aishiteru Game wo Owarasetai in my list of still going, thats a start!
