Noriyuki Abe is a Japanese anime storyboard artist, sound director and director. He worked at Studio Pierrot on anime series, such as Yu Yu Hakusho, Ninku, Flame of Recca, Great Teacher Onizuka, Bleach and Boruto. He won the Animage Anime Grand Prix award in 1993 and 1994.

Yuu☆Yuu☆Hakusho

The TV series is based on Volumes 1-19(End) of the manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi. The anime omits some early chapters from the manga and also adds some anime original content. Compared to the manga, the anime also features different levels of violence and profanity, as well as slightly different art styles.
