Majority of the commercial poultry farmers were in the high category of information need so as to improve their farming performance. Four variables viz. age, innovativeness, information seeking behaviour and computer awareness were significantly related to the information needs of commercial poultry farmers. The crucial factors contributing to the variation in the ...

One hundred and fifty-seven trauma inpatients (26% female, Injury Severity Score M = 9.65, M age = 36 years) completed standardized measures of pain intensity and quality and psychological function within the first four weeks post injury once medically stable. Patients deemed to be at risk of disability were randomly allocated to a Collaborative Care (CC) or Treatment as Usual (TU) group. Main conclusion: Early findings suggest that the CC group report lower levels of psychological distress, and significantly less severe neuropathic pain than the TU group at follow-up. Standardized screening of risk factors for persistent pain appears feasible in acute trauma settings, and could potentially enable reliable identi...

The method is based on UV spectroscopic technique. Ondansetron shows the maximum absorbance at 310nm in absorption maxima method. Drug followed the linearity in the range of 4-24µg/ml for this method with correlation coefficient (r 2 ) of 0.999. The results of analysis have been validated statistically and recovery studies confirmed the accuracy of the proposed method. The method was validated as per the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH)

The method is based on UV spectroscopic technique. Omeprazole shows the maximum absorbance at 301nm in absorption maxima method. Drug followed the linearity in the range of 5-25µg/ml for this method with correlation coefficient (r 2 ) of 0.999. The results of analysis have been validated statistically and recovery studies confirmed the accuracy of the proposed method. The method was validated as per the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. The proposed method is recommended for routine analysis since it is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive.
