BRI is going to connect the continent Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Africa through the different routes of roads, railway tracks, optic cable and gas pipelines fiber, and so on. The development of the routes has consisted on the land and sea routes. The land routes called the Silk Road Economic Belt, and the routes through the sea are called Maritime Silk Road. It is also levitating the many questions about the validity, influence at the vicinity, and its implementation. Legal rights of China should be protected in the BRI countries, and the element of IP violation also engaged with. This research study has an emphasis on the intellectual property protection, cooperation, promotion, and awareness regarding the BRI. Through the BRI, Chinese corporations and firms are spreading and establishing their commercial enterprises in all BRI countries. That's the way the highly belongings intellectual property rights protection, and concerned cooperation with BRI is essential to aware and enhance IP protection and cooperation between the BRI countries and China.

Sociology, like ethology, defines culture more simply as "what is shared by a group of persons" and "what unifies them," that is, what is learnt, transferred, created, and generated. Indeed, culture is what distinguishes people from each other and from their origins. It encompasses all facets of human existence and their modes of communication and interaction with each other. Food is a necessary component of people's life, not only a means of subsistence., Additionally, it is a significant component in how we evaluate and distinguish individuals, as well as how their culture is impacted. Different cultures have a wide variety of cuisines and ingredients, which results in a fusion of foods and culture. You are what you eat; it is unimportant how they consume it or prepare it as long as it reflects them and their culture. There is a significant connection between cuisine and culture; this includes their religion and traditions. The increasing number of Chinese individuals going to Pakistan to work on hundreds of CPEC projects and the increasing number of Pakistanis visiting China for different reasons have aided in the growth of Chinese food's appeal in the country. Numerous Pakistani cities, including Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore, now have restaurants. Additionally, many Pakistani restaurants situated in cities involved in CPEC projects have included popular Chinese foods into their traditional Pakistani menus as a result of the presence of Chinese people in those areas. There is a growing understanding of the importance of food in modern society and culture, and hence a need to investigate it. Food is one of the most fascinating methods to have a better grasp of culture. Comprehension and retention increase when active or experiential learning approaches are applied. This article discusses the link between culture and food and claims, using theories of active or experiential learning, that teaching food as culture may help develop cultural awareness and intelligence. The data for this theoretical research were gathered from primary and secondary sources. The main sources included books, official databases of China and Pakistan, and memorandums of understanding between the two nations, while the secondary sources included research papers, newspapers, journals, and internet databases. .

A theoretical research approach was chosen, and secondary information was acquired by examining numerous relevant and genuine sources. The study has used functionalism and value change theory; it indicates that an individual should know the subject accurately before modifying their values. Each subsystem is expected to contribute significantly to the society' s continuity and orderly functioning. The book is necessary for the continued survival, progress, and advancement of civilization. Without any of the publishing sector, there would be no books. Book publication plays a vital role in every civilization since it allows for the spread and diffusion of information. It is a component of a knowledge distribution system. There have been issues confronting the Pakistani book publishing sector, such as poor reading culture, government regulation, piracy, Improper finance, and a lack of knowledge. The study suggests that stakeholders develop creative solutions that can meet the industry' s people and material requirements. According to the investigation, stakeholders in the publishing sector should develop a healthy publishing industry. Private investors, such as financial institutions and influential people, should contribute significantly to the massive capital inflow. The government should begin developing strategies to reduce the issue of piracy and charge lower import tariffs on publishing appliances. The problem of book piracy is rooted in social, economic, scholarly, and legal factors. Finally, publishing companies should make it a point to provide their technical employees with appropriate technical education .

Environmental quality can influence people's QOL in the physical health, psychological, social relationships and environment domains. QOL in the four domains, overall QOL and general heath of residents living in the Kowloon Peninsula of Hong Kong were assessed. The association between satisfaction with the neighborhood environment and QOL, and health-related behaviors which mediated the effect were investigated. A sample of 317 residents completed a questionnaire which comprised the WHOQOL-BREF (Hong Kong version) to assess QOL, the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) to study physical activities, and questions on satisfaction with the neighborhood environment, health-related behaviors and socio-demographics. Intellectual property rights (IPR) which enables the creators and inventors of the product and services to get full commercial benefits from their creations and inventions. But it is stated that the value of Intellectual property rights (IPR) often not sufficiently appreciated due to lack of appropriate IPR knowledge especially in developing countries. In this age of innovation, creation and technology development IPR are becoming a core concern of every enterprise’s routine decision making practice and is due to entry of new inventions and creations in the market every day. China Pakistan Economic Corridor is an opportunity for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for development and growth. But the practical evidence recommends that the several barriers SMEs face to adopt the IPR system effectively and these barriers also affect their innovative and creative abilities in future. This study will elaborate the IPR importance, IPR protection and the opportunity for SMEs under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor. Moreover this study shall determine the Chinese IP infringement and challenges faced by SMEs and how IPR could become an economic tool for SMEs.

Mediation comprises by courts and may be part of pre-action needed in various jurisdictions. The lawyers can play an important role in this regard and explore the cooperative approaches that lawyers can adopt when representing their clients in mediation. It is also necessary that the lawyers must modify their practice according to the needs of the clients in fluctuating legal environment. This paper will discuss the relevant dispute settlement laws and their development in Pakistan; especially the mediation and the role of lawyers in mediation procedure. It will help the legal actors to find out their role of mediation development and strengthening the alternative dispute resolution system.

The majority of Chinese people belong to the Han group (about 92%), but there are also 55 ethnic minority groups that live mostly in the west and along the southern border. Symbols may be seen in pictures, words, art, architecture, and common household items. Symbols are another way of communicating the thoughts, meanings, and hopes of a particular cultural group. Symbolism representing luck, prosperity, long life, happiness, and wealth are all important aspects in Chinese culture. Symbols representing these virtues are often seen in everyday life and appear during holidays and festivals. There are also deities that represent some of these virtues: The God of Luck, the God of Prosperity, and the God of Longevity, to name a few. Many Chinese hope to increase good fortune in their lives by surrounding themselves with items that represent these lucky signs.
