Hey,

I caught a tour of Wonderful Town tonight. It was really good. Everything was really good. The understudy filled in for the part of Ruth and she was excellent, just excellent. Three trophies for her.

I really enjoyed it, hooray hooray.

Musical Theatre and all that jazz.. the most beautiful words in the English yadda yadda.

I need a nappy.

And a freaking theatre icon. Why do I not have a theatre icon?! Oh yeah, because I can't find any I like. Somebody make me a good theatre icon.

I looked at microfilm all day. Minute books. From the 1800s. The first guy in 1874 had beautiful handwriting and kept a detailed index. Everyone elected after him from 1876-1906? Wrote in chicken scratch and were totally disorganized. It made me want to cry. Why couldn't they re-elect pretty-handwriting guy as Secretary instead of Chicken Scratch Sam for five years in a row?

Sigh. I like history but I'm not willing to go blind squinting at Victorian minute books.
