Foreign exchange bureaus (FOREX Bureaus) were established and first licensed in January 1995 with... more Foreign exchange bureaus (FOREX Bureaus) were established and first licensed in January 1995 with the main objective of fostering competition and narrowing the exchange rate spread in the spot foreign exchange market. The FOREX bureaus are expected to engage in spot transactions and may facilitate domestic money transfer if appointed as agents. There is an appeal to the Government to introduce regulations to govern operations on online FOREX trading because the companies working online are being harassed and extorted by police for operating illegally whereas there is no law that guides their operations.

Values can be defined in an ordinary sense as beliefs about what is right and wrong and what is i... more Values can be defined in an ordinary sense as beliefs about what is right and wrong and what is important in life and set parameters for general human behavior in a society 1 . The oxford dictionary defines values as "principles or standards of behavior; one's judgment of what is important in life, or the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth or usefulness of something." 2 Norms refer to attitudes and behaviors that are considered normal, typical or average to that group. Sociologists describe norms as informal understandings that govern individuals' behavior in society. All societies have norms and in most circumstances they vary from community to community. It is these norms that eventually make up cultural values.
