factor exercise, it investigates the outcome of SCE variable on (KPO), (OP). The Study managers were surveyed the 39+ KPI Organizations. 121 managers and 190 managers from practical data were collected, developed by experts and judges interviewed by a panel committee questioned and improved. analytical capability such as definitive analytical, correlations, and were used multiple regression was used. Study results reveal a positive alliance among the SCI and SCO organization 'OP'. Results also reveal that the KPO organization manager Supply chain were approximately
equal in priority integration and internal integration indicators of over supplier integration indicators. However, company integration indicators are the most essential indicators, obey
Internal terms integration, and in the end to the supplier integration. Furthermore, Experimental results were identified that there powerful the three components of the SCP and the interactions and interactions between them and the OP. Finally, the results showed that respondents believe that the SCP (Integration) and the relationship between OP. The conclusion indicated that internal integration was and have the most impact on the OP, it then Supplier integration and eventually company alliance and then customer alliance. All Publisher, Booksellers A lots of Customers, book lovers must be visit at this book fair and also a lots of different categories books easily to available like, religious, International, Kids, Economical and Affaires and magazines .that’s why I decide to gets this opportunity to study for our organization Maktaba tul Madinah 2020 planning and policy for the Production site and the kids section promotion. For this study, I have created 8 questionnaires to find out initially basics behaviors of customers and booksellers. this survey consists very smallest mass of stage and I generate reports and study methodology at the very smallest scales level. Because if I will start individually to survey in markets, booksellers, customers to the customer, I need a hug financial budget and required a lot of days to completing this project. This product does not assign from my higher management but this project is very important and required of my current post in Supply Chain. Without this survey and project, I will never be analysis planning and policies for further 2020 and more to forward. I hope my management will appreciate me to conduct personally this project to improvement create for our department and organization. And will provide me, assistant, to conduct an official survey for finding behaviors to related Maktaba tul Madinah product across Pakistan or worldwide.

By learning from technologically advanced economies and benchmarking their progress, Pakistan can identify effective strategies and solutions to promote energy efficiency in the built environment. The collaboration between the NED University of Engineering and Technology, the organizers, and the Sindh Higher Education Commission (SHEC) demonstrates a commitment to advancing energy efficiency in Pakistan.
