Dr. Sachiko Muto
Chair of OpenForum Europe & Senior researcher at RISE
Dr. Sachiko Muto is the Chair of OpenForum Europe and a senior researcher at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden. She originally joined OFE in 2007 and served for several years as Director with responsibility for government relations and then as CEO. Sachiko has degrees in Political Science from the University of Toronto and the London School of Economics; she received her doctorate in standardisation policy from TU Delft.

Prof. Dr. Dennis-Kenji Kipker
Scientific director and Founder of cyberintelligence.institute
Prof. Dr. Dennis-Kenji Kipker studied law and computer science. As scientific director and founder of the cyberintelligence.institute, he conducts research at the interface of law and technology in cyber security, corporate strategy and digital resilience in the context of global crises, with a particular focus on Chinese and US IT law. In this role, he advises the German federal government, the European Commission and companies worldwide, where he holds various positions, including on supervisory boards. In 2025, Professor Kipker was included in Capital's "Top 40 under 40" list, which honours individuals whose professional work is considered particularly influential and forward-looking.

Tech Economy Lead - Rebalance now
Aline Blankertz is an applied economist and works as Tech Economy Lead at Rebalance Now, a German anti-monopoly organisation. Her work is focused on competition policy and the digital economy, with extensive experience encompassing think tanks, academic research and implementation projects.

Prof. Dr. Johanna Pirker
Professor of Computer Science TUM & TU Graz
Johanna Pirker is a Professor of Computer Science at TU Munich and TU Graz, working at the intersection of AI, virtual reality, and game development. Her research explores how interactive technologies shape learning and society. Prof. Dr. Pirker has recently been appointed to the new Independent Scientific Panel on AI at the United Nations to assess global opportunities and risks of AI from a scientific perspective.

Holger Pfister is Vice President for the DACH region at SUSE and is responsible for SUSE’s entire business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As a board member of the Open Source Business Alliance, Holger Pfister is particularly committed to promoting the use of open source in public administration. In his role at SUSE, he supports businesses, public administrations and partners in creating more resilient IT infrastructures that make a decisive contribution to achieving digital sovereignty.

Ingo Dachwitz
Journalist and Author
Ingo Dachwitz, born in 1987, is a journalist, author, and moderator. He studied communication science in Hannover, Berlin, and Brussels, and has been an editor at netzpolitik.org since 2016. His work focuses on data, power, and the digital public sphere. Ingo’s publications have received multiple awards, including the European Press Prize, the Alternative Media Award, the Data Protection Media Award, and two Grimme Online Awards. His book “Digital Colonialism: How Tech Corporations and Major Powers Divide the World Among Themselves” was nominated for the German Non-Fiction Prize and was recognized as one of the Knowledge Books of the Year 2025.
