Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pelaku UMKM di Banjar Yeh Tengah, Desa Kelusa diajak untuk mengenal tentang pemasaran, strategi pemasaran, dan cara memasarakan produk secara digital. Dalam konteksini, keberadaan kesenian UMKM di Banjar Yeh Tengah, Desa Kelusa juga dapat menjadi daya tarik dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Pemerdayaan kesenian UMKM di Banjar Yeh Tengah, Desa Kelusa tidak hanya berdampak pada perekonomian, tetapi juga pada pemerdayaan masyarakat setempat. Dengan memperluas jaringan pemasaran dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, pemberdayaan UMKM dapat memberikan peluang ekonomi yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat Banjar Yeh Tengah, Desa Kelusa. Selain itu, keberadaan UMKM kesenian juga dapat menyuburkan kehidupan budaya dan seni di Banjar Yeh Tengah, Desa Kelusa. Dengan demikian, UMKM kesenian di Banjar Yeh Tengah, Desa Kelusa memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memperkuat perekonomian lokal, mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta melestarikan kekayaan budaya dan seni di tingkat lokal. Melalui Upaya pemberdayaan dan dukungan yang tepat, UMKM kesenian dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan ekonomi dan sosial di Banjar Yeh Tengah, Desa Kelusa, Kecamatan Payangan, Kabupaten Gianyar.

This study examines the influence of brand image, word-of-mouth (WOM), and competitive advantage ... more This study examines the influence of brand image, word-of-mouth (WOM), and competitive advantage on purchasing decisions in the cosmetics sector, focusing on CRRANTE products at Mutiara Permai Cantika Cosmetics Store, Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative, causal-associative approach, data were collected from 96 respondents through purposive random sampling. The analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, as well as F-test and t-tests to evaluate the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on purchasing decisions. The findings reveal that brand image, WOM, and competitive advantage have a positive and statistically significant impact on purchasing decisions both individually and collectively. These results emphasize the importance of fostering a strong brand image, leveraging positive WOM, and maintaining a competitive edge to influence consumer behavior effectively. This research contributes to the field of international marketing by providing valuable insights into consumer decision-making processes within a highly competitive local cosmetics market. It offers practical implications for businesses aiming to strengthen their market position and academic value for further exploration of purchasing dynamics in similar contexts.

This study examines the effects of product quality, word of mouth (WOM), and store image on consu... more This study examines the effects of product quality, word of mouth (WOM), and store image on consumer repurchase decisions at Dewa Ayu Shop in Klungkung, Bali. Recognizing the essential role of repurchase decisions for business sustainability, this research investigates both individual and combined impacts of these factors on consumer loyalty. Data were collected from 96 respondents through purposive sampling, analyzed using reliability and validity assessments, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, determination analysis, t-tests and F-test to evaluate simultaneous and partial influences. Results indicate that product quality, WOM, and store image each positively and significantly impact repurchase decisions, both independently and simultaneously. This study contributes to marketing scholarship by integrating these factors into a cohesive model of consumer repurchase drivers, highlighting the interaction between product quality and brand perception in customer retention. For retail managers, the findings underscore the importance of ensuring high product quality, fostering positive WOM, and enhancing store image, offering actionable insights to build customer loyalty and support competitive advantage in dynamic retail markets.

Concerns and issues with product quality and the purchasing process have been reported in an atte... more Concerns and issues with product quality and the purchasing process have been reported in an attempt to boost interest in Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar's repurchases. The goal of the study was to ascertain the bersama-samaeous and partial impact of product quality and shopping experience on consumers' desire to make further purchases at Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar. Purposive sampling was used to choose up to 100 samples from customers who had previously shopped, intended to do so again, and were at least 17 years old. The traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, decision analysis, F test analysis (F-test), and t test analysis (t-test) were used to examine the data. The findings indicated that product quality and purchasing experience had a favorable and substantial impact on customers' intentions to make more purchases at Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar.

The rapid advancement of technology, particularly in digital financial services, has significantl... more The rapid advancement of technology, particularly in digital financial services, has significantly facilitated various societal activities, wherein individual behaviors to adopt new technologies are crucial factors. This study analyses the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust on the intention to use online loan applications among residents of Bangli, a rural regency in Bali, who have not yet adopted such applications. Utilizing an explanatory research design and a quantitative approach, this study involved 96 respondents selected through a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Several analytical methods were employed, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust significantly affect adoption intentions both partially and simultaneously, with ease of use and trust positively influencing these intentions, while perceived risk has a negative effect on adoption intentions. This study contributes to international marketing management by offering insights into user behavior and the elements that foster or hinder fintech adoption in rural settings. By focusing on the roles of ease of use, risk perception, and trust, it provides a renewed perspective for enhancing the global expansion of fintech services.

Keberhasilan mencapai tujuan tersebut di tentukan oleh berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen antara lain pengalaman membeli dan keragaman produk. Begitu juga pada Dian's Songket di Kabupaten Klungkung, pengalaman membeli dan keragaman produk merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial antara pengalaman membeli dan keragaman produk terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Dian's Songket di Kabupaten Klungkung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif terdiri dari Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, Analisis Statistik Uji F (F-test) dan Analisis Statistik Uji t (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil pengalaman membeli dan keragaman produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat beli ulang.

Through a quantitative approach and purposive random sampling with 100 respondents, the research underscores the significance of relationship and education-based marketing in shaping positive emotion and its correlation with sustainable marine tourism. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method in Smart PLS Version 3.0. Relationship and education-based marketing emerge as critical influencers of positive emotion and contribute positively to sustainable marine tourism. Positive emotion is a crucial mediator, linking emotional experiences to advancing sustainable marine tourism. The study's implications for marketing management emphasise the pivotal role of relationship marketing in cultivating positive customer emotions and its subsequent influence on sustainable marine tourism. Marketing practitioners can leverage these insights by prioritising personalised engagement strategies and loyalty programs, strengthening emotional connections between tourists and destinations. Integrating educational initiatives, such as partnerships with environmental organisations and awareness campaigns, is essential for promoting marine conservation and sustainable practices. The study emphasises the necessity of diverse marketing approaches to evoke positive emotional responses, offering practical guidance for marketers to benefit marine conservation efforts and enhance the tourism experience.

The study population was all service user customers as many as 141 people with samples taken as many as 58 people using the slovin formula approach with sampling techniques referring to purposive sampling. Ensure the validity of the data is tested with validity and reliability tests before analyzing multiple regression data, determination, F test and t test as hypothesis testing. Findings. There is a strong influence of service quality and servicescape together on customer satisfaction. The quality of service and servicescape independently has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of GYM service users. Implication. Increasing user satisfaction of GYM services requires attention and seriousness in providing quality service, customer satisfaction is proven to be built with good service quality from the industry. The existence and presence of the servicescape service environment has a significant impact on customer expectations, industry environmental guidelines can help customers in increasing satisfaction with the industry, especially GYM.

In creating repurchase interest, several determining variables includes product prices and product diversity. The purpose of the study is to determine the simultaneous or partial effect of product price and product diversity on repurchase interest at Dhutamart Minimarket Pura Demak Denpasar Barat. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling method as many as 60 consumers of Dhutamart Minimarket. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results showed that there was a simultaneous positive and significant effect of product price and product diversity on repurchase interest at the Dhutamart Minimarket Pura Demak, Denpasar Barat.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of profitability, liquidity, and leverage, both partially and simultaneously,
on stock prices of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2017 to 2021. The method applied in this study is a quantitative approach, with a population of 11 pharmaceuticalxcompanies listed on thexBEI. From this population,
deliberately chosen were 9 pharmaceutical companies as the research sample. This study adopts a purposive sampling technique for sample selection and employs multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25 for data analysis. The results of the partial
study indicate that profitability (ROE) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Liquidity (CR) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Leverage (DER) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, profitability, liquidity, and leverage have a positive and significant effect on stockxprices.

However, the low level of innovation in products and services that exist today indicates weak trust and declining loyalty. Loyalty is an issues of problems faced by business industry players and has become a conversation among national and international business actors. Researchers will explore how strong the influence of innovation in increasing loyalty through current customers trust as a reference in the future. The study used an SEM test tool model with stages of descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and evaluation of goodness of fit PLS model. This research shows that customers trust is capable to completely mediate innovation on loyalty. The direct results of innovation is that it does not have any significance effect on loyalty and on the contrary innovation is capable to build trust and significant trust builds loyalty. The implication of this research in the context of Eco Hill and Resto tourism business, customer trust holds a strong roles to stimulate the creation of sustainable customers loyalty if built from innovation. Although innovation is built innovatively without gaining strong trust from customers, it has not been capable to stimulate loyalty.

The stages of the assessment decision are influenced by some aspects between assumptions or perceptions and product quality. Cheese Works Gianyar Bali as a research location found various problems related to yogurt purchasing decisions. The problem that occurs at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali is shown by the shrinking purchasing decisions for yogurt products. This research concludes that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially between the perception of price and product quality on the decision to purchase yogurt at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali. The sample of this research is 56 respondents using simple random sampling method. The data analysis used to answer the research objectives are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance testing (Ftest), and partial significance testing (t-test). The results of this study found that the simultaneous perception of price and product quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali. Furthermore, partial price perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali and partially product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali.

The success in achieving this goal is influenced by various factors, including product quality and service quality. In the effort to enhance customer loyalty, attention to issues related to product and service quality becomes essential. Therefore, this research focuses on examining the impact of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop in Abiansemal. The objectives of this study encompass two aspects: to determine the partial influence of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung, and to assess the simultaneous impact of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. The sample size of 57 respondents was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis involved classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, partial significance tests (t-test), and simultaneous significance tests (F-test). The research results indicate a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. The implications of this research extend to the field of marketing management, providing a deeper understanding of the key factors influencing customer loyalty. The insights gained can assist marketing practitioners in developing more effective strategies, optimizing customer experiences, and enhancing customer retention, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of the business.

The population in this study was twenty-six companies and the sample used was eighteen manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and components and observations were carried out for four years, starting
from 2018-2021. The independent variables used in this study are Liquidity as measured by the Current Ratio, Solvency as measured by the Total Debt to Equity Ratio, and Profitability as measured
by Return On Equity, while the dependent variable is Company Value as measured by Price to book value. Data collection techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that simultaneously liquidity, solvency and profitability have an effect on firm value. Partially, the liquidity variable has no significant positive effect.

This study delves into the challenging domain of virtual creation, focusing on the captivating features of the Battle Pass, formerly known as the Compendium. The primary purpose of this research is to undertake an in-depth study of the effects of game satisfaction and emotional value on the purchase intention of Dota 2 Indonesia Facebook group members, particularly those who have been involved in numerous Battle Pass sales. Purposive random sampling method was used to acquire a total of 96 respondents. Following the distribution of the questionnaire, all data was deemed valid and reliable for analysis utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothetical tests (t-test and f-test). Preliminary results show positive and significant effects of game satisfaction and emotional value on purchase intentions for Battle Pass components. Clearly, satisfaction with the game experience appears to be an important determinant in the foundation of purchase intentions, while the positive effect of emotional value on the decision-making process is evident. The practical implications of these findings reach the Dota 2 developers, calling
for a strategic focus on improving not only the offensiveness of Battle Pass weapons, but also the entire game experience. Recommendations include efforts focused on improving the game system, implementing stronger security measures, and improving Dota 2's visual appeal. Additionally, it is recommended to create and manage social media accounts to expand user reach and community involvement. This research advances the understanding of the virtual economy, providing valuable insight into the complex processes that shape user behavior in online games. Subsequently, this research undoubtedly contributes to the marketing field by shedding light on the intricacies of gamer satisfaction and emotional value in the context of virtual item purchases. The implications of these findings underscore the importance for game developers to prioritize user satisfaction, security, and aesthetics to foster a positive virtual economy and sustain user engagement.

Utilizing a quantitative, causal-associative approach, data were collected from 96 respondents through purposive random sampling. The analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, as well as F-test and t-tests to evaluate the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on purchasing decisions. The findings reveal that brand image, WOM, and competitive advantage have a positive and statistically significant impact on purchasing decisions both individually and collectively. These results emphasize the importance of fostering a strong brand image, leveraging positive WOM, and maintaining a competitive edge to influence consumer behavior effectively. Recognizing the essential role of repurchase decisions for business sustainability, this research investigates both individual and combined impacts of these factors on consumer loyalty. Data were collected from 96 respondents through purposive sampling, analyzed using reliability and validity assessments, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, determination analysis, t-tests and F-test to evaluate simultaneous and partial influences. Results indicate that product quality, WOM, and store image each positively and significantly impact repurchase decisions, both independently and simultaneously. This study contributes to marketing scholarship by integrating these factors into a cohesive model of consumer repurchase drivers, highlighting the interaction between product quality and brand perception in customer retention. The goal of the study was to ascertain the bersama-samaeous and partial impact of product quality and shopping experience on consumers' desire to make further purchases at Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar. Purposive sampling was used to choose up to 100 samples from customers who had previously shopped, intended to do so again, and were at least 17 years old. The traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, decision analysis, F test analysis (F-test), and t test analysis (t-test) were used to examine the data. The findings indicated that product quality and purchasing experience had a favorable and substantial impact on customers' intentions to make more purchases at Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar.

This study analyses the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust on the intention to use online loan applications among residents of Bangli, a rural regency in Bali, who have not yet adopted such applications. Utilizing an explanatory research design and a quantitative approach, this study involved 96 respondents selected through a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Several analytical methods were employed, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust significantly affect adoption intentions both partially and simultaneously, with ease of use and trust positively influencing these intentions, while perceived risk has a negative effect on adoption intentions. This study contributes to international marketing management by offering insights into user behavior and the elements that foster or hinder fintech adoption in rural settings. By focusing on the roles of ease of use, risk perception, and trust, it provides a renewed perspective for enhancing the global expansion of fintech services.

Keberhasilan mencapai tujuan tersebut di tentukan oleh berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen antara lain pengalaman membeli dan keragaman produk. Begitu juga pada Dian's Songket di Kabupaten Klungkung, pengalaman membeli dan keragaman produk merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial antara pengalaman membeli dan keragaman produk terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Dian's Songket di Kabupaten Klungkung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif terdiri dari Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, Analisis Statistik Uji F (F-test) dan Analisis Statistik Uji t (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil pengalaman membeli dan keragaman produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat beli ulang.

Through a quantitative approach and purposive random sampling with 100 respondents, the research underscores the significance of relationship and education-based marketing in shaping positive emotion and its correlation with sustainable marine tourism. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method in Smart PLS Version 3.0. Relationship and education-based marketing emerge as critical influencers of positive emotion and contribute positively to sustainable marine tourism. Positive emotion is a crucial mediator, linking emotional experiences to advancing sustainable marine tourism. The study's implications for marketing management emphasise the pivotal role of relationship marketing in cultivating positive customer emotions and its subsequent influence on sustainable marine tourism. Marketing practitioners can leverage these insights by prioritising personalised engagement strategies and loyalty programs, strengthening emotional connections between tourists and destinations. Integrating educational initiatives, such as partnerships with environmental organisations and awareness campaigns, is essential for promoting marine conservation and sustainable practices. Ensure the validity of the data is tested with validity and reliability tests before analyzing multiple regression data, determination, F test and t test as hypothesis testing. Findings. There is a strong influence of service quality and servicescape together on customer satisfaction. The quality of service and servicescape independently has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of GYM service users. Implication. Increasing user satisfaction of GYM services requires attention and seriousness in providing quality service, customer satisfaction is proven to be built with good service quality from the industry. The existence and presence of the servicescape service environment has a significant impact on customer expectations, industry environmental guidelines can help customers in increasing satisfaction with the industry, especially GYM.

In creating repurchase interest, several determining variables includes product prices and product diversity. The purpose of the study is to determine the simultaneous or partial effect of product price and product diversity on repurchase interest at Dhutamart Minimarket Pura Demak Denpasar Barat. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling method as many as 60 consumers of Dhutamart Minimarket. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results showed that there was a simultaneous positive and significant effect of product price and product diversity on repurchase interest at the Dhutamart Minimarket Pura Demak, Denpasar Barat.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of profitability, liquidity, and leverage, both partially and simultaneously,
on stock prices of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2017 to 2021. The method applied in this study is a quantitative approach, with a population of 11 pharmaceuticalxcompanies listed on thexBEI. From this population,
deliberately chosen were 9 pharmaceutical companies as the research sample. This study adopts a purposive sampling technique for sample selection and employs multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25 for data analysis. The results of the partial
study indicate that profitability (ROE) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Liquidity (CR) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Leverage (DER) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, profitability, liquidity, and leverage have a positive and significant effect on stockxprices.

However, the low level of innovation in products and services that exist today indicates weak trust and declining loyalty. Loyalty is an issues of problems faced by business industry players and has become a conversation among national and international business actors. Researchers will explore how strong the influence of innovation in increasing loyalty through current customers trust as a reference in the future. The study used an SEM test tool model with stages of descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and evaluation of goodness of fit PLS model. This research shows that customers trust is capable to completely mediate innovation on loyalty. The direct results of innovation is that it does not have any significance effect on loyalty and on the contrary innovation is capable to build trust and significant trust builds loyalty. The implication of this research in the context of Eco Hill and Resto tourism business, customer trust holds a strong roles to stimulate the creation of sustainable customers loyalty if built from innovation. Although innovation is built innovatively without gaining strong trust from customers, it has not been capable to stimulate loyalty.

The stages of the assessment decision are influenced by some aspects between assumptions or perceptions and product quality. Cheese Works Gianyar Bali as a research location found various problems related to yogurt purchasing decisions. The problem that occurs at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali is shown by the shrinking purchasing decisions for yogurt products. This research concludes that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially between the perception of price and product quality on the decision to purchase yogurt at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali. The sample of this research is 56 respondents using simple random sampling method. The data analysis used to answer the research objectives are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance testing (Ftest), and partial significance testing (t-test). The results of this study found that the simultaneous perception of price and product quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali. Furthermore, partial price perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali and partially product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Cheese Works Gianyar Bali.

The success in achieving this goal is influenced by various factors, including product quality and service quality. In the effort to enhance customer loyalty, attention to issues related to product and service quality becomes essential. Therefore, this research focuses on examining the impact of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop in Abiansemal. The objectives of this study encompass two aspects: to determine the partial influence of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung, and to assess the simultaneous impact of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. The sample size of 57 respondents was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis involved classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, partial significance tests (t-test), and simultaneous significance tests (F-test). The research results indicate a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. The implications of this research extend to the field of marketing management, providing a deeper understanding of the key factors influencing customer loyalty. The population in this study was twenty-six companies and the sample used was eighteen manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and components and observations were carried out for four years, starting
from 2018-2021. The independent variables used in this study are Liquidity as measured by the Current Ratio, Solvency as measured by the Total Debt to Equity Ratio, and Profitability as measured
by Return On Equity, while the dependent variable is Company Value as measured by Price to book value. Data collection techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that simultaneously liquidity, solvency and profitability have an effect on firm value. Partially, the liquidity variable has no significant positive effect.

servicescape on customer satisfaction of GYM Service users in Denpasar CityMethods. Quantitative approach is used in research Methodology. The study population was all service user customers as many as 141 people with samples taken as many as 58 people using the slovin formula approach with sampling techniques referring to purposive sampling. Ensure the validity of the data is tested with validity and reliability tests before analyzing multiple regression data, determination, F test and t test as hypothesis testing. Findings. There is a strong influence of service quality and servicescape together on customer satisfaction. The quality of service and servicescape independently has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of GYM service users.
Implication. Increasing user satisfaction of GYM services requires attention and seriousness
in providing quality service, customer satisfaction is proven to be built with good service
quality from the industry. The existence and presence of the servicescape service environment
has a significant impact on customer expectations, industry environmental guidelines can
help customers in increasing satisfaction with the industry, especially GYM

This study delves into the challenging domain of virtual creation, focusing on the captivating features of the Battle Pass, formerly known as the Compendium. The primary purpose of this research is to undertake an in-depth study of the effects of game satisfaction and emotional value on the purchase intention of Dota 2 Indonesia Facebook group members, particularly those who have been involved in numerous Battle Pass sales. Purposive random sampling method was used to acquire a total of 96 respondents. Following the distribution of the questionnaire, all data was deemed valid and reliable for analysis utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothetical tests (t-test and f-test). Preliminary results show positive and significant effects of game satisfaction and emotional value on purchase intentions for Battle Pass components. Clearly, satisfaction with the game experience appears to be an important determinant in the foundation of purchase intentions, while the positive effect of emotional value on the decision-making process is evident. The practical implications of these findings reach the Dota 2 developers, calling
for a strategic focus on improving not only the offensiveness of Battle Pass weapons, but also the entire game experience. Recommendations include efforts focused on improving the game system, implementing stronger security measures, and improving Dota 2's visual appeal. Additionally, it is recommended to create and manage social media accounts to expand user reach and community involvement. This research advances the understanding of the virtual economy, providing valuable insight into the complex processes that shape user behavior in online games. Subsequently, this research undoubtedly contributes to the marketing field by shedding light on the intricacies of gamer satisfaction and emotional value in the context of virtual item purchases. The implications of these findings underscore the importance for game developers to prioritize user satisfaction, security, and aesthetics to foster a positive virtual economy and sustain user engagement.
