For those who don't know, there is a great Nic fansite called Nicholas Tse Net, which provides excellent translations of Chinese articles on Nicholas! I'm not allowed to post these translations here, however I will link you to each of them! This site does a lot of hard work, so check them out! Below I've included some recent pictures of Nic from the articles. Enjoy!
Heads up to aiyatheydidnt , where this was posted first~!
BEIJING: Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse will take a break from acting to spend time with his wife, actress Cecilia Cheung, who is expecting their second child, said Chinese media.
Tse, 30, who was recently named Best Supporting Actor at the 4th Asian Film Awards for his role in "Bodyguards and Assasins", said he was very happy about winning the award but was actually looking forward to spending more time with his pregnant wife, whom he described as being very supportive of him.
"Whether I win an award or not, I will still get a hug [from Cheung]," said Tse at a post-award event. "Whether I win an award or not, my wife will still think I am the best."
While Tse will be taking time off to keep 30-year-old Cheung company, he said that his schedule is actually packed and he will be involved in various projects till next year, including Wong Jing's new film which will begin filming in July.
According to Tse, being a father is a huge responsibility so he is determined to take on more projects and make enough money so that his family can lead a comfortable life.
The other matter weighing on Tse's mind is reportedly picking the right name for his second child. His first is three-year-old son Lucas.
"I am trying to think of a name that is easy to remember, a name that ends with a 'cas' sound, because my wife wants both I and my children to have names that end with a 'cas'.
"So in the end only the name 'Marcus' fits and sounds similar. We have not decided on his Mandarin name yet," said Tse.

Unfortunately, it sounds like "Bodyguards and Assassins" did not win for Best Film at the 4th Asian Film Awards, but Nicholas took home the award for best supporting actor, for his performance in the film. For this, we have very much cause to celebrate!!! ^__^ Thank you very much to lem0nlight at
aiyatheydidnt for the heads up!
HK film falls short at Asian awards, Bachchan wins lifetime
HONG KONG (Reuters Life!) - Hong Kong action thriller "Bodyguards and Assassins" scooped several top honours at the Asian Film Awards in Hong Kong on Monday, but was eclipsed for best picture by the South Korean movie "Mother".
Wang Xueqi scooped the best actor award for his role in the box office hit which had garnered a total of 19 nominations going into the Asian Film Awards, whose red-carpet glamour and glitzy awards ceremony are modelled on the Oscars to recognise Asia's diverse and at times under-appreciated cinematic gems.
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan was awarded a lifetime achievement award for his contribution to Indian cinema.
Hong Kong heartthrob Nicholas Tse took away the best supporting actor statuette for his performance as a rickshaw man in Bodyguards and Assassins -- based around the life of Chinese revolutionary and the founder of modern China, Dr. Sun Yat Sen.
The all-star cast also stars Donnie Yen and Tony Leung.
Set in early 20th century Hong Kong, the action thriller tells the tale of a group of Chinese martial arts experts charged with protecting Sun, who is pursued by assassins sent by the last Qing dynasty regime he ultimately succeeds in overthrowing.
South Korea's "Mother", a thriller recognised for official selection at the Cannes film festival last year, garnered best picture and the best actress award for Kim Hye-ja.
Respected Chinese director Zhang Yimou, who choreographed the stunning opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics last year, was given the Asian film award for outstanding contribution to Asian cinema.
"A director by himself cannot alone make a film, but needs a team to work with," he told reporters backstage, while praising the next generation of Chinese and Asian directors.
"They exist in an even more open environment with more access to information like the Internet ... their horizons should be much wider than us (older directors)," he said.
Chinese director Lu Chuan won best director for Nanjing Nanjing, or City of Life and Death, set during the brutal Japanese occupation of the eastern Chinese city.
