Quality of Service (QoS) is one of the challenging topic in this field mainly deals with how the services should be provided to MCC client that can be achieved high QoS. There are several techniques have been used to provide services in high QoS in mobile cloud computing. This paper presents several causes of QoS issues in MCC and describes previous works related with QoS schemes in MCC. In the conclusion part, we summarize this paper and gave a view of future direction on QoS issue in MCC.

of mobile subscribers. Traditional telecom network operators
perform traffic control flow (forwarding and filtering of packets),
but in Mobile Edge Computing, cloud servers are also deployed in each base station. Therefore, network operator has a great responsibility in serving mobile subscribers. Mobile Edge Computing platform reduces network latency by enabling
computation and storage capacity at the edge network. It also
enables application developers and content providers to serve
context-aware services (such as collaborative computing) by
using real time radio access network information. Mobile and
Internet of Things devices perform computation offloading for
compute intensive applications, such as image processing, mobile gaming, to leverage the Mobile Edge Computing services. In this paper, some of the promising real time Mobile Edge Computing application scenarios are discussed. Later on, a state-of-the-art research efforts on Mobile Edge Computing domain is presented. The paper also presents taxonomy of Mobile Edge Computing, describing key attributes. Finally, open research challenges in successful deployment of Mobile Edge Computing are identified and discussed.

(MCC), mobile/portable devices access cloud resources through
wireless communication(GPRS/3G/WiFi etc). MCC enhances the
mobility of the cloud user which solves cloud computing issues
such as Unreliability, Quality-of-Service (QoS), etc. Recently QoS
has emerged as a one of the challenging issue in MCC which impact to the large number of mobile users and businesses. The QoS in
MCC degrades mainly due to its limited bandwidth, network congestion, user mobility, etc. In this paper, we have proposed a mobile
cloud computing framework that facilitates the mobile client to access cloud services with a high degree of QoS based on the network
condition of the connection. We proposed a new QoS based mobile cloud computing framework . Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) is being used for predicting and selecting appropriate cloud service for the mobile client. We have implemented the
proposed framework taking QoS parameters: Packet Delivery Ratio
(PDR), Transmission Rate, and Delay in a mobile cloud computing
environment. At the end, we have compared our model with the
random selection approach and it shows that the proposed model
gives better performance.

Since the evolution of cloud computing: Load balancing, power constrains, program offloading, cost modelling and security issues are the popular research topic in this field. Deploying real cloud for testing or for commercial use is very costly. Cloud simulator helps to model various kinds of cloud application by creating Data Centre, Virtual Machine and many Utilities which can be added to configure it, thus making it very easy to analyse. Till now, many cloud simulators have been proposed and also available to use. These simulators are built for specific purpose, and have varying features in each of them. In this paper we presented a comprehensive study of major cloud simulators by highlighting their important features and analysing their pros and cons. we made a comparison among the simulators by considering their important attributes and finally concluded with our future direction.
