As these types of systems are affected by several types of time varying delays which is a common computers and communication problem. So, various controllers are adopted to minimize these types of problems. This paper discusses design of various methods of PID controller for NCS. Different types of models are selected for design of controller for simplicity. Firstly, design of conventional P, PI, and PID Controllers has been done. Afterwards PID with different types of controllers so that we can see the comparison of conventional PID with other controllers. In optimal design, cost function is an effective element. Thus, minimizing a cost function is a powerful tool, when the system has varying-time delays. Comparison of PID controller to the Optimal design and Fractional methods are given in a case where the process and the controller are scattered over the Internet. MATLAB simulation have been done for various methods in order to show the optimized method. Regardless of the easiness of the PID controller, satisfactory performance is still achieved and it is shown that the above methods are robust in the application of a varying time-delay.

As HIV is a retrovirus which targets CD4+ T lymphocyte cells which are most abundant blood cells of the immune system. The model of HIV consists of (i) Uninfected CD4+ T-cells,(ii) Infected CD4+ T-cells and (iii) Immune-Response cells. The mathematical model of HIV involves memory that can describe the model accurately using fractional order differential equation. The aim of Optimal drug therapy is to reduce the viral load effectively by the use of minimum therapy.

nonlinear, unstable system, is used as a standard for designing
the control methods and finds most versatile application in the
field of control theory. To achieve the stabilization of a inverted
pendulum system pole placement method is used to design a state
feedback controller and then optimal linear quadratic regulator
has been applied to the system. The results shown that are the
comparison between the performance of two controllers, first the
state feedback controller, which is designed by pole placement
method and the optimal LQR controller. Both controller
stabilizes the inverted pendulum system but deviates in their
performance. Simulation has been carried out to show two
different approaches for comparative study of their
performance.

In this paper the mathematical modeling and control strategy of double inverted pendulum-cart dynamic system with disturbance input using PID and LQR have been stated. The states of the system are given to LQR controller which is obtained using linear state-feedback controller. The MATLAB-SIMULINK environment have been used for simulation of the control strategies. The aim of this work is to have a comparative study of two different control strategies and the analysis of performance of two different types of controller for double inverted pendulum on cart system have been obtained. The result shows and validate the comparative lead of LQR control strategy over conventional PID control strategy.

The induction motors constitute themajor portion of motors in domestic and industrial applications. These motors experience different typesof failures and faults associated with insulation, bearing, stator, rotor, and eccentricity. As a matter offact, these faults may subsequently enhance the probability of failures unless proper introspection is notaccomplished. In order to reduce the failure time and operating cost, early detection is indispensable whichnecessitates condition-based approach on contrary to scheduled maintenance. The condition monitoring isa strong candidate to address the diagnosis of machinery failure problems and unreliability. In this context,a comprehensive analysis is reported in the literature with a focus on different methodologies being addressedfor such objective. Utmost efforts are made to comprehensively analyze in the reported literature in asequential manner citing the advantage and limitations in this paper. The authors hopefully described andillustrated the associated problems with possible mitigation in the context of condition monitoring whichwould be immensely helpful for future researchers working in these aspects and the future roadmap wouldbe clearly reflected.

The principal reasons for it's popularity are its nonlinear and unstable characteristics. In this paper a single link inverted pendulum system has been chosen and adaptive control algorithm has been implemented for stabilization of the system so that pendulum is always maintained erected in its upright (inverted) position. Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC) method is implemented using MIT rule. Minimization of cost function is performed and system response has been observed for different adaption gain. After system modeling the whole process is done in MATLAB Simulink.

To achieve the stabilization of an inverted pendulum
system state observer based linear quadratic Gaussian
optimal control has been applied. As the separation
principal of LQG states, first the control law has been
obtained to design a state feedback controller and when
the system’s all states are not measurable as well as
system is affected by process and measurement noise,
Kalman Filter has been designed for the inverted
pendulum system. The results shown that the new
designed controller stabilizes the inverted pendulum
system as well as eliminates process and measurement
noise. Simulation has been carried out to show the
approach.
