The paper attempts to defend one of the main points of contention with the Citizenship (Amendment... more The paper attempts to defend one of the main points of contention with the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019, that is, the Act is arbitrary in granting citizenship because its scope is restricted to only three countries neighbouring namely Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh and excludes the other neighbouring countries with significant persecuted minority population, mainly Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

Some of the significant economic challenges facing the Cuban government may be identified as : (1... more Some of the significant economic challenges facing the Cuban government may be identified as : (1) low productivity of the workforce and the economy at large; (2) low domestic production; (3) inability to provide adequate housing; (4) increasing population of old people and decreasing population of youth; (5) inefficient transportation system (6)economic distortions caused by the dual currency system; and (7) restricted labor market. This research paper attempts to analyse the economic challenges facing the Cuban government as identified above, the steps taken by the Cuban government to resolve some of these challenges and the likelihood of these steps to resolve any of these economic challenges.

The statecraft a statesman employs in governing a state is a delicate tool and should be used wisely. A nation’s economy, society, politics and the rest are largely dependent on the statecraft employed in governing the state. This research paper is an analysis of one such statecraft envisioned by the Italian diplomat and political thinker Niccolò Machiavelli.

Firstly, this paper explains what ex trupi causa is, and explore how it is conducted in courts in India. Then this paper explains what contributory negligence is, and use cases as examples to compare and contrast the two different principles. Lastly, the conclusion summarizes the findings in the project.

Union of India is unreasonable in the light of given circumstances. The foundation of the argument rests upon two propositions- 1. Failure on the part of the Supreme Court to safeguard the welfare of bulls that have conspicuously been subject to cruelty in the name of culture and tradition and 2. The court while delivering the judgement has not taken due care of precedents and has been hasty in its judgement.
