My Bio

Hello there, call me Varian! :D I have a BA(Hons) degree in Illustration, but hope to specialise in working for the games industry one day. Ideally, I'd love to work on projects that feature a good story, and possibly a fantasy element, but really I'm open to a lot of things! I particularly like RPGs, Adventures, and Strategy games, and a Survival here and there.

In my spare time I do a few craft-based hobbies such as sewing and baking, and playing around with OCs. But I also spend a fair bit of time developing my own game projects. I'm also considering taking up an MA in Game Design in future.

All of my art is custom-made, meaning I start from scratch with each one, meaning I'm happy to make a wide range of things! Blinks, walking, flying, swimming, transforming, magicking, dancing, disintegrating into fabulous sparkles--you name it and I'll try my best! I'm happy to work with more than characters, too! All simple animated effects are free, as well as backgrounds I can also do a more complex animation for you, although it will cost a little extra depending on how much movement you're asking for. I may also ask for a bit more in payment if you want a particularly details background. Generally, I won't go over more than twice the original price. When you order an animated commission from me, you will receive an image of one character with a simple animation and simple background! It's been a while since I wrote a journal, so I thought I would write a new one to keep anyone who happens to be interested up to scratch on where my life is at. I currently work in a UK chain craft store. If you are a UK resident then you won't have a hard time guessing what chain that is! Work is hard, but I enjoy it to some extent.
