Some examples of Ukrainian folk religiosity as an important part of the religious picture of the ... more Some examples of Ukrainian folk religiosity as an important part of the religious picture of the world and the general megatek of national culture have been studied with the help of the semiotic scientific method. The implications of the synthesis of pagan and Christian symbolism in Ukrainian folk religiosity are analyzed. Symbolic semantics are represented in the annals, church wooden architecture and folklore in the general structure of national folk religiosity.En utilisant la méthode scientifique étudiée sémiotiques quelques exemples de la religion populaire ukrainienne comme une partie importante de la vision religieuse du monde et de la culture nationale MegaText générale. The aim of this article is to study the main symbols of the Tridentine Mass in the context of mod... more The aim of this article is to study the main symbols of the Tridentine Mass in the context of modern cultural and religious identity.Pope Benedict XVI July 7, 2007 issued the Motu proprio “Summorum Pontificum”, in which restores the “Tridentine” Holy Mass in its rights and emphasizes that it has never been canceled. The Tridentine Mass is the Roman Rite Holy Mass which appears in typical editions of the Roman Missal published from 1570 to 1962. The most widely used Mass liturgy in the world until the introduction of the Mass of Paul VI in 1969 after the Second Vatican Council, it is celebrated in Liturgical Latin. It is Benedict XVI introduces the concept of “extraordinary form of Liturgy”. Traditio-nalist Catholics, whose best-known characte-ristic is an attachment to the Tridentine Mass, frequently refer to it as the “Traditional Mass” or the “Traditional Latin Mass”.The old and new forms of the liturgy of the Latin rite, some symbolic significance of its contents is compared. “Ex...

This article examines the quality of work of religious organizations in places of deprivation of ... more This article examines the quality of work of religious organizations in places of deprivation of liberty, as well as their interaction with the penitentiary service of Ukraine. It was revealed that the chaplaincy ministry occupies an important place in the Christian churches of Ukraine. In the early 1990s, ministry in Ukrainian prisons was allowed, but most of the churches were at the stage of survival, so they were not able to carry out active work in prisons. At the legislative level, prisoners have ensured freedom of religion, and the penitentiary service was obliged to provide access to representatives of each of the churches of Ukraine. In fact, in most cases, priests of the Orthodox Church have access to prisons. In 2012, the optimization of the legal framework of cooperation between state bodies and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate was devoted to a round table whose participants were the deputies and members of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations. The main requirements for prison chaplains are considered, following which chaplains must be prepared for irregular schedules and all kinds of unexpected difficult situations. Protestant service to convicts is carried out to create correctional institutions and local communities appropriate for the rehabilitation of convicts. The evangelical ministry of Protestant chaplains is especially distinguished for the prevention of suicides since clergymen help convicts in overcoming depression and hopelessness. It has been proven that prisoners who agree to undergo a rehabilitation program with chaplains are less likely to return to their previous lifestyle. The rehabilitation course takes place after release when the OCCASIONAL PAPERS ON RELIGION IN EASTERN EUROPE (OCTOBER 2021) XLI, 7 53 chaplain helps the person to socialize. Chaplains also pay attention to spiritual and educational work among the staff of correctional colonies. According to statistical data, 90% of convicts who have completed a rehabilitation course do not return to the colony. Thus, the service of prison chaplains can be perceived as one of the levers of state security, which contributes to the proper moral and psychological level of society and the complete rehabilitation of convicts.

For this purpose, they consider the example of the recently approved medallion of a judge of Ukraine (2020) with historical context of the formation of judicial symbols in 1991 – 2021. The close attention of experts and the public of Ukraine to the judicial reform, which has been going on in Ukraine for several years, also concerns the procedure of judicial proceedings. After all, this procedure is characterized by certain rules and attributes, to understand the meaning of which it is important to analyze the historical perspective of the formation of the traditions of litigation in European civilization. У статті за допомогою лінгвокультурологічного методу простежено релігійно-культурну внутрішню фор... more У статті за допомогою лінгвокультурологічного методу простежено релігійно-культурну внутрішню форму деяких християнських символів та понять. Доведено, що в культурних чи релігійних текстах зближення об'єктів може відбуватися за другорядними ознаками; їхня символічна взаємозамінність, неоднакова асоціативна палітра, референційна віддаленість, співвіднесеність із різними референційними системами чи просторово-часова неоднорідність нерідко суперечать однозначному осягненню тексту, спричинюють поліфонічність, а отже, і множинність його інтерпретацій. Констатовано вагомий потенціал лінгвокультурологічного методу аналізу релігійно-культурних текстів у релігієзнавчо-богословських дослідженнях.

Исследуется motu proprio «Summorum Pontificum» Бенедикта XVI, в частности аргументы в пользу сохранения старого обряда главного католического богослужения. Сравнивается старую и новую формы литургии латинского обряда, отдельные символические значения ее содержания в контексте общей семиосферы.
