Spoljnotrgovinska razmena poljoprivredno-prehrambenih proizvoda je za Srbiju od posebnog značaja,... more Spoljnotrgovinska razmena poljoprivredno-prehrambenih proizvoda je za Srbiju od posebnog značaja, posebno ako se ima u vidu njihovo visoko učešće, kako u BDP-u, tako i u trgovinskoj razmeni. Važno je istaći da Srbija ostvaruje suficit u spoljnotrgovinskoj razmeni poljoprivredno-prehrambenih proizvoda, te da je poljoprivreda jedini sektor u privredi Srbije koji ima pozitivan spoljnotrgovinski bilans. Jagodasto voće, ukupno posmatrano, ima veliki ekonomski značaj za Srbiju, a posebno za brdsko-planinska područja. Područje centralne Srbije ima vrlo povoljne uslove za proizvodnju maline i kupine i relativno povoljne uslove za proizvodnju ostalih vrsta jagodastog voća. U radu će biti analizirana proizvodnja i spoljnotrgovinska razmena jagodastog voća, sa posebnim akcentom na komparativne prednosti u izvozu. Sa ciljem da unapredi trgovinsku razmenu sa drugim zemljama Srbija je učinila značajne napore kako bi uspostavila brojne bilateralne sporazume, kao što su sporazumi sa zemljama Evropske unije (EU), CEFTA, EFTA, Belorusijom, Turskom i Rusijom.

Modern business trends in agriculture include increasing the productivity and efficiency of agric... more Modern business trends in agriculture include increasing the productivity and efficiency of agricultural production in order to achieve a competitive position in the market. The growth of the population imposes an increasing need for agricultural food products, accessibility of products and the necessity of preserving the environment. In order to ensure the long-term sustainability of the agricultural sector in a dynamic environment, it is necessary to make timely business decisions. The use of information technologies in agricultural farms, primarily computers and the Internet, enables agricultural producers access to a large amount of information. The aim of this paper is to examine the current level of IT usage in the markets of the countries of South East Europe, with an emphasis on the agricultural sector, as well as to analyze future trends in the development of modern technologies. The paper uses the data of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia and the EUROSTAT database. The survey covers the period 2009-2018, which analyzes the frequency of using computers, the Internet and e-commerce.

In the middle of the Fourth Industrial Revolution there is a digital transformation that will com... more In the middle of the Fourth Industrial Revolution there is a digital transformation that will completely change our understanding of business. The development of Industry 4.0 with technologies such as Cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence will significantly impact on current business models. In order to successfully implement the digital transformation and survive in the global market, companies must own adequate intellectual capital. Apart from technical skills, employees will need to adapt to the new digital strategy, organizational structure, and business culture. In response to this trend, there is a need to establish new professions in companies. The aim of this paper is to try to find the answers to the next questions: which professions are needed to be introduced to companies that are digitally transformed and what is their role, as well as what competencies are necessary for company executives to successfully slow down digital transformation.

Crop production is one of the most important branches of agriculture and represents the raw mater... more Crop production is one of the most important branches of agriculture and represents the raw
material base for other agricultural production. Areas under basic crops have a dominant share
in the structure of sown areas, and the value of realized yields significantly participatesin the
GDP of the observed countries. The agrarian budget is an integral part of the total budget of
each state and its size speaks about the importance of agriculture in the observed country. The
authors analyzed achieved yields for the countries of the Western Balkans, candidates for EU
members in all phases. Data for the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North
Macedonia and Albania are compared for the production of wheat, maize, rye, barley and
sunflower. On the basis of the obtained results, production can be estimated in the next few
years for each country in the region. Although, countries with different sizes and different
areas for crop production are suitable for comparison of areas and yields over a longer period
of time and allows noticeable changes in the structure of production, progress in the yields of
individual production, etc. The obtained results enable the assessment of the market supply
and self-sufficiency of each country in the near future as well as the potential for export.
Adjustment of agrarian policy through the introduction of subsidies and reliefs, as well as the
forcing of certain production, allows negative trends to be stopped and the dependence on
imports decreases. This is especially important for strategic agricultural products.

circulation of large amounts of data. Concretized data
presented in the form of information is the basis of
business decision making, and the quality of business
decision is directly correlated with the quality of data.
The aim of this paper is to find the answer to the question
of how data quality is defined, what characteristics data
should have in order to be considered quality, and how
data quality can be measured.The paper provides a
systematic review of the scientific and professional
literature relevant to a given topic in order to gain insight
into current reflections and prevailing attitudes, that is,
find answers to the questions raised. 19 studies relevant to
the topic were identified, a proposal for a definition of
data quality was provided, as well as an overview of the
principles and metrics available for measuring data
quality. The paper contributes to the knowledge of data
quality management as well as the evaluation of data
quality by providing an overview of the existing literature
in this field and provides recommendations for improving
the quality of data for companies wishing to achieve a
competitive market position.

achieve higher software delivery speed, as well as greater
flexibility during the software development process, and
is focused on the value of products and satisfied
users.Aim: This paper aims to find a unique definition of
maturity in the agile software development, as well as to
compile models for measuring maturity in order to
determine their advantages and disadvantages.Method:
In the first part of the paper, a systematic literature
review was carried out in order to gain insight into the
current state, followed by a comparative analysis of the
model for measuring maturity in the agile software
development.Result: 27 relevant studies were identified.
Based on the analysis of the results, the definition of
maturity in the agile software development is proposed
and criteria for determining the level of maturity in the
presented models are determined.Conclusion: The paper
contributes to knowledge about software development by
providing an overview of existing literature in this field,
creating a foundation for analysis of the maturity
measuring model in the agile software development and
identifying the advantages and disadvantages of these
models, which can enable IT companies to select the
model in accordance with their needs.

In terms of economic importance, the production of raspberries is the second most important in th... more In terms of economic importance, the production of raspberries is the second most important in the group of
berry fruit production, after the strawberry production. However, in Serbia, the raspberry production is the most
important in the group of berry fruit considering both quantity and value of production. Raspberry is an export
oriented product and more than half of the exports are frozen raspberries. High yields in raspberry production
and long-term exports to the world market significantly influenced development and intensification of
production of this fruit in Serbia. Performances of production and foreign trade of raspberry are analyzed in this
paper, with a special emphasis on competitiveness of this production on the world market, as well as on main
trade market segments. As the liberalization process has significantly changed market situation in the last
decade, in this paper special attention will be paid on influence of free trade agreements which Serbia made on
competitiveness of raspberry production.

is the goal of automation. Irrigation is one of the activities
that can be automated in a simple and inexpensive way.
One possible solution for automatic irrigation of plant crops
is shown in this paper (for tomatoes, but the solution is also
applicable for cultivation of all other plants, maintenance
of lawns, irrigation of orchards, etc.). The solution is
realised on Raspberry Pi 3 Rev B platform with connected
sensors for temperature and humidity measurement
DHT22, temperature sensor DS18b20, soil humidity sensor
and 8 relay board. The irrigation management is based on
requirements of the technological production of the
quantity of the needed water for tomatoes, according to the
formed table
on the measured soil moisture. All data is recorded in the
MySQL database in order to be analyzed and to enable the
correction of irrigation norms.
Based on the competed experiment results have shown
that the external appearance, quality and yield of tomatoes
is excellent, as the plants always have optimal soil
moisture. Additionally, this is a cheap solution for almost
completely autonomous system. The system can be
managed via Internet (SSH), as the current state can be
controlled via WWW. Only requests are that the Apache
server is previously installed and the existence of the
wireless connection on Raspberry.
