The issue of teacher preparation has received the attention of educators, due to the pionee... more The issue of teacher preparation has received the attention of educators, due to the pioneering role played by the teacher in the field of education, as well as “the responsibilities entrusted to him in the development of society. It aims to raise them comprehensively, so it must become necessary for the teacher to be highly educated.
Therefore, it is required from all societies when preparing special education teachers to prepare special programs for them so that these programs aim to help them realize that the teaching programs provide opportunities for them to notice their students a comprehensive observation through their movements, games and interactions with each other and this helps them to be more knowledgeable in discovering psychological problems Therefore, identifying these characteristics helps in the planning process for preparing and training the teacher, and also helps in selecting a teacher with appropriate specifications to work in special groups institutes.

Hence, the current research came, in order to reach the appropriate professional and personal characteristics of the special education teacher from the point of view of teachers of social welfare institutes in Baghdad.
The research sample consisted of (67) male and female teachers, who were withdrawn from all the institutes of special education in Baghdad, and then a scale was built consisting of (30) items that measure the psychological and professional characteristics of the special education teacher, and after the psychometric characteristics of the scale were extracted, and then Analyzing the results of the teachers' answers to the items, the results of the research showed that there were (4) items of professional characteristics that got the highest degree, and that there were also (4) items of personal characteristics, which also got the highest percentage among the items of the scale.

Studies on the effect of music on mental and physiological state of a person started in the late 19th century. There are two kinds of theories explaining the therapeutic effects of music: the group of physiological theories and the group of psychological theories (theory of physical influence, the theory of the chakras, nervous and functional theory). Behavioral approach connects the effects of music with the formation of positive conditioned reflex skills as well as the fact that it is an external stimulus that regulates human behavior. There are two ways to use music as therapy: a passive listening to music, and the active form, which includes analysis of the association due to the music.

Behavior trying to escape from these disturbances in the belief that it will reduce the level of anger, depression, fear, or other emotional disturbances that affect them.
The occurrence of stereotypical behavior in a hearing-impaired child is a problem in itself. When a child with a hearing impairment is issued, he will face some disturbing situations from others, such as harassment by ordinary children when they imitate him or frequent reprimand by his parents or those who are older than him age without providing him with proper guidance on the necessity of leaving this behavior.
Therefore, the researcher sought to study the relationship of emotional disorders with stereotyped behavior, by arriving at the following:
1. Measurement of some emotional disturbances (anger outburst, jealousy outburst, depressive outburst) among hearing impaired children.
2-Knowing the differences for some emotional disorders (anger outburst, jealousy outburst, depressive outburst) among hearing impaired children according to the variable (sex and type of hearing handicap).
3-Identifying the prevalence rates of emotional disorders among the hearing impaired, according to the age variable.
4-Identifying the prevalence rates of stereotyped behavior among hearing-impaired children.
5-To identify the differences in the prevalence of stereotyped behavior among hearing-impaired children according to the age variable.
6-Recognizing the relationship between emotional disorders (anger, jealousy, depression) and stereotypical behavior among hearing impaired children.
Analyzing the results, it found a strong positive relationship between emotional disorders and stereotypical behavior among hearing-impaired children.

A comparative study between the emotional responses in patients with blood pressure on a scale of... more A comparative study between the emotional responses in patients with blood pressure on a scale of music types characteristics compared with responses to some Healthy patients Nuha Hamed Taher The problem of the study and its significance: Due to the increasing pressures of life continually, and constant quest behind materialism necessary and frustrations that confront us daily in general, the greater the emergence of a number of cases of disease organic roots psychological causing them because of severity of a lack of response to conventional treatments (drugs), and this is creating in patients a number of emotional disorders resulting from concern the risk of disease That is interested psychologists and doctors searching for ways to find other treatment be more useful with these patients in terms of material and physical, including music therapy.. The studies revealed the modern power of music to lift the mood, and get rid of some emotional disorders, causing an improvement in blood pressure in patients, as well as improving communication skills of their own, as the music's ability to make the patient in a state of joy and happiness, as well as working to increase selfconfidence and get rid of the fear of the disease. Aims of the research:-1-Identify the type of emotional responses for patients with blood pressure, type two (high and low) on a scale type specification in the circumstances of the music (taking drugs, work), and compared with the responses of healthy patients in the same conditions depending on the variable (sex, and function). 2-identify the type of emotional responses for patients with blood pressure, type two (high and low) on a scale type specifications of music in the circumstances (not taking drugs, vacation work), and compared with the responses of healthy patients in the same conditions depending on the variable (sex, and function). The limits of the study: Limited research on the study of type responses emotional music for patients with hypertension (high and low) and responses healthy patients with some minor illnesses (flu and cough) among a sample of students and staff of the University of Belarusian government in the province (Minsk) for the academic year 2012 ‫والنفسية‬ ‫التربوية‬ ‫البحوث‬ ‫مجلة‬ ‫العدد‬ (34) 2012 179 Research procedures:-Adopted researcher in this study approach to the comparative study, in order to achieve the objectives of the research has built scale measures the kinds of music and specifications, which translated to Russian language commensurate with the community discussed (Belarus). The measure of a damaged (29)item, and damaged the meter itself of three musical notes in order to identify the extent of emotional responses to the sample of the music.These melodies are ((dvork,Mozart,straus). The study sample consisted (comparison) of (56) individuals who were divided into two groups. Each group consisted of (28) individuals. The first group included patients who suffer from hypertension (high and low), and the second group consisted of patients who suffer from diseases flu and cough. Each group was divided in turn according to the sex variable, and function to (14) patients were male and (14) of the women, and (14) patients and staff (14) of the students. The researcher applied the measure with them to listen to the music composed by the two conditions:-1-The first envelope (taking drugs, and work) 2-The second envelope (not taking drugs, and vacation work).

The Pilgrimage of forty scientific research material to many scholars and researchers، they found a material worthy of research and exploration،they intentional to search for meaning،significance and reasons، and they proceeded from characterizing the manifestations to the inspection in the deep meanings of these revelations،we have often seen books and studies by scholars and scholars who are far from Islam and Shiism، but they have spoken in the language of those who understand this issue and live their manifestations، and see the depth of their meanings. That all the humanitarian services established in the Pilgrimage of forty aimed at the server or visitor Husseini get reward and reward of his intentions، but there is another important aspect cannot be overlooked contributes greatly to raise the cause of the revolution of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) through the Pilgrimage of forty. Which is the intellectual and academic side، which is building by conscious pens aware of this issue، because it investigates scientists and writers as a unique event that comes out of the scope of the standards of social phenomena recognized. Therefore، the current research aims to know the most important researches and studies that dealt with the issue of Pilgrimage of forty، whether Iraqi or international، which played a major role in elevating the revolution of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). The aim of the research is to conduct a comparative content analysis between these researches، and gender researchers. In order to reach the objectives of the research، the researcher selected all the researchers participating in the scientific facts held in Karbala (Karbala Center for Studies and Research - Faculty of Islamic Sciences / University of Karbala) for the year (2017 – 2018) ،as a sample for research. In addition، (119) scientific studies and researches were obtained from Iraq، as well as (56) researches and studies from outside Iraq. The researcher also constructed questionnaire، which contained a number of scientific and international disciplines that were writing about the Pilgrimage of forty، in order to compare them. When finished of the process of content analysis for Iraqi and international studies and research، the research reached the following results:1-There، is a convergence in the level of the order of research and studies in Iraq and the international related to the Pilgrimage of forty in accordance with scientific directions.2-The existence of a strong and positive correlation between the Iraqi and international studies and researches related to the Pilgrimage of forty according to their scientific directions.3-There، is no effect of gender (male - male) on the level of the relationship between the studies and research in Iraq and the international related to the Pilgrimage of forty according to the scientific direction.4-There، is an impact of gender (female - female) on the level of the relationship between studies and research in Iraq and the international related to the Pilgrimage of forty according to the scientific direction. When the researcher obtained the results of the research، the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions for her research.
