We can observe self-organization properties in various systems. However, modern networked dynamic... more We can observe self-organization properties in various systems. However, modern networked dynamical sociotechnical systems have some features that allow for realizing the benefits of self-organization in a wide range of systems in economic and social areas. e review examines the general principles of self-organized systems, as well as the features of the implementation of selforganization in sociotechnical systems. We also delve into the production systems, in which the technical component is decisive, and social networks, in which the social component dominates; we analyze models used for modeling self-organizing networked dynamical systems. It is shown that discrete models prevail at the micro level. Furthermore, the review deals with the features of using continuous models for modeling at the macro level.

Pushkin based on the comparison of his poetic texts with the texts of contemporary poets. The purpose of this study is to determine the features of the author’s style of A.S. Pushkin using machine learning methods. This paper describes the construction of several classifications based on different groups of features, as well as the classification based on a combined set of features from different groups. The quality of all constructed classifications is also analyzed; special attention is paid to the interpretation of the neural network solution and the identification of features of the author’s style.
The paper deals the problem of modelling information dissemination in the community and its impac... more The paper deals the problem of modelling information dissemination in the community and its impact on the mass consciousness. At the same time, the quality of information in the paper implies such categories as innovation, idea and opinion. To study the dynamics of information dissemination in society has been proposed system with a dynamic modelling approach, which allows to take into account a number of significant factors influencing the processes of information dissemination in society and the impact of this information on the mass consciousness. The proposed model reflects such factors as the probability of interest, interpersonal contact, media exposure, the likelihood of communication on the topic of information, the probability of forgetting, the number of contacts, an indicator of mass character and regularity of the media promoting a certain idea. The proposed simulation system with a dynamic model allows simulating various scenarios for the development of information dissemination processes in a community, identifying relationships between factors influencing the dynamics of information effects on mass consciousness, and under given initial conditions its practical implementation possible in the Anylogic simulation package. This paper contains the results of the application of original descriptions of human behavior models and scenarios at various levels of communication. Comparisons with other this kind systems have shown the advantages of the approach proposed by the authors. As a result of the conducted experiments, dependencies were revealed between the rate of acceptance of information by new members of the community and the frequency of contacts of persons who already perceived the information. The results of the work can be used in sociological, biological, economic, and socio-psychological studies of mass communication to predict various scenarios and control mass consciousness, for example, the process of promoting goods and services in a competitive market environment.

In this paper we propose the algorithm of automated definition of the genre type and semantic cha... more In this paper we propose the algorithm of automated definition of the genre type and semantic characteristics of poetic texts in Russian. We formulated the approaches to the construction of a joint ("twodimensional") classifier of genre types and stylistic colouring of poetic texts, based on the definition of interdependence of the type of genre and stylistic colouring of the text. On the basis of these approaches the principles of formation of the training samples for the algorithms for the definition of styles and genre types were analyzed. The computational experiments with a corpus of texts of the Lyceum lyrics of A.S.Pushkin were implemented, which showed good results in determining the stylistic colouring of poetic texts and sufficient results in determining the genres. The proposed algorithms can be used for automation of the complex analysis of Russian poetic texts, significantly facilitating the work of the expert in determining their styles and genres by providing appropriate recommendations.

Одна из таких отраслей - энергетика, где самоорганизация и системы коллективного потребления являются наиболее перспективными с точки зрения обеспечения эффективности использования энергоресурсов. Рассмотрены подходы к установлению статических и динамических тарифов на электроэнергию. Проведено сравнение двух моделей энергопотребления - статического двухтарифного и динамического, учитывающих рациональное поведение умных устройств, способных выбирать лучшие режимы для потребления электроэнергии. Ляпунова, входившей в круг российской интеллектуальной элиты конца XIX - начала ХХ вв. Представлен подробный анализ его научной генеалогии с использованием проекта “Математическая генеалогия”. Показано, что в научной генеалогии соавторства А.А. Ляпунова оказались перечислены имена крупнейших математиков континентальной Европы XVII - второй половины XIX вв., а также выдающихся астрономов, физиков, медиков, философов, богословов Православия, католицизма, англиканства и лютеранства. This work describes parallel implementation of the text document clustering algorithm. The algori... more This work describes parallel implementation of the text document clustering algorithm. The algorithm is based on evaluation of the similarity between objects in a competitive situation, which leads to the notion of the function of rival similarity. Attributes of bibliographic description of scientific articles were chosen as the scales for determining similarity measure. To find the weighting coefficients which are used in the formula of similarity measure a genetic algorithm is developed. To speed up the performance of the algorithm, parallel computing technologies are used. Parallelization is executed in two stages: in the stage of the genetic algorithm, as well as directly in clustering. The parallel genetic algorithm is implemented with the help of MPJ Express library and the parallel clustering algorithm using the Java 8 Streams library. The results of computational experiments showing benefits of the parallel implementation of the algorithm are presented.
New approach to forecasting of forest fire danger caused by storm activity is presented in the ar... more New approach to forecasting of forest fire danger caused by storm activity is presented in the article. This approach is based on using the criteria of forest fire danger and physically proved mathematical models of forest fuel ignition. The formula of criterion is based on a probabilistic assessment of forest fire danger and uses the main theorems of probability theory. Data of a forest fire retrospective on the controlled territory are used to assess the members in probabilistic criterion. Timiryazevskiy local forestry of the Timiryazevskiy timber enterprise of the Tomsk region is considered as a typical territory. It is shown that it is not enough to use only statistical information on forest fires for an adequate assessment of the forest fire danger caused by action of storm activity. Visualization of data is carried out with the use of geoinformation technologies.

For this, in the text it is necessary to distinguish units of lexical meaning and designate the types of relations between them. The dependency tree is an indispensable tool for parsing sentences and determination of hierarchical relationships between the main components in it. In this work, an algorithm for constructing a dependency tree for sentences in the Kazakh language using the filter method is proposed. The dependency tree was created on the basis of the spinning tree from the oriented graph constructed according to the rules of syntactic relationship in the Kazakh language.
This paper presents the implementation of the program module responsible for the analysis of the ... more This paper presents the implementation of the program module responsible for the analysis of the structural level – the definition of the poem's metrorhythmics (meter, number of feet, and rhyme) in Russian poetic texts. The algorithm for determination of meter and number of feet takes into account the problem of the ambiguity of the placement of emphasis in homographs, possible omissions of schematic emphasis (pyrrhic), overlay of over schematic emphasis (spondee), which are solved by method “by analogy”. The algorithm to identify the cases of shifting the emphasis from one part of speech to another (proclitic) is described. The algorithm of rhymes search is presented, the result of which is the definition of the stanzas of the poem.

The automated rhyme detection tool is one of the modules of the system of complex analysis of poetic texts. In the current module implementation, the rhyme search and definition subtask are solved by finding words with consonant endings using the A. A. Zaliznyak Grammar Dictionary of the Russian Language and the basic rules of phonetic analysis. Alternative solutions to the search problem in the dictionary of words with consonant endings are proposed. The results obtained will allow us to conclude that the current implementation is optimistic and the methods used can be finalized to solve the problems of determining the rhyme of a poetic text. In this paper we analyze the principles of formation of the training samples for the algorithms o... more In this paper we analyze the principles of formation of the training samples for the algorithms of the definition of styles and genre types. The computational experiments with a corpus of texts of Lyceum lyrics of A. S. Pushkin at the choice of the most accurate algorithm of classification of poetic texts were conducted, including the usage of the best-known methods of assembling of the basic algorithms in the composition, such as weighted voting, boosting and stacking, and as a characteristic feature of the poems the single words, bigrams and trigrams were used. The considered algorithms showed their efficiency and can be used to automate the complex analysis of Russian poetic texts, significantly facilitating the work of the expert in determining of their styles and genres by providing the appropriate recommendations.

However, modern networked dynamical sociotechnical systems have some features that allow for realizing the benefits of self-organization in a wide range of systems in economic and social areas. e review examines the general principles of self-organized systems, as well as the features of the implementation of selforganization in sociotechnical systems. We also delve into the production systems, in which the technical component is decisive, and social networks, in which the social component dominates; we analyze models used for modeling self-organizing networked dynamical systems. It is shown that discrete models prevail at the micro level. Furthermore, the review deals with the features of using continuous models for modeling at the macro level.

At the same time, the quality of information in the paper implies such categories as innovation, idea and opinion. In this paper we analyze the principles of formation of the training samples for the algorithms o... more In this paper we analyze the principles of formation of the training samples for the algorithms of the definition of styles and genre types. The computational experiments with a corpus of texts of Lyceum lyrics of A. S. Pushkin at the choice of the most accurate algorithm of classification of poetic texts were conducted, including the usage of the best-known methods of assembling of the basic algorithms in the composition, such as weighted voting, boosting and stacking, and as a characteristic feature of the poems the single words, bigrams and trigrams were used. The considered algorithms showed their efficiency and can be used to automate the complex analysis of Russian poetic texts, significantly facilitating the work of the expert in determining of their styles and genres by providing the appropriate recommendations.
