The aim of the study was to evaluate if two-200 mg Metronidazole tablets and one tablet of 400 mg... more The aim of the study was to evaluate if two-200 mg Metronidazole tablets and one tablet of 400 mg Metronidazole have similar bioavailability. For this purpose five different brands in two different strength i.e. 200 mg and 400 mg tablets were collected and dissolution tests was conducted by all of the collected samples to determined the in vitro bioavailability. After 90 minutes of dissolution study no major fluctuation observed in between two-200 mg tablets and one-400 mg tablet of all of the collected samples.
