The aim of this research is to investigate distinguishing operative TQM Factor Monitoring of Prog... more The aim of this research is to investigate distinguishing operative TQM Factor Monitoring of Program, Process and Performances in the Public Sector Universities of the Pakistan. The population of the research study consists of all of the Public sector universities of the Pakistan. Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique was used for sample selection. The sample of the research study is comprised of 30 public sector universities, 30 VC's, 30 Registrars, 30 Deans, 250 Teaching faculty and the 1000 students were randomly selected from the Social Sciences departments. Total 1174 respondents (Vice Chancellor, Deans, Registrars, Teachers and the students) provided complete response on all variables of the study. Overall response rate remained 87.61%. Research Instrument was developed by the researcher and was distributed among Vice Chancellors, Deans, Registrars, Teachers and the students in the sample universities of Pakistan. Data was analyzed in SPSS software and presented in the form of table. To achieve the objectives of the study null hypothesis were tested. Findings of this research study revealed that the effect of universities on TQM operative factor Monitoring of Program, Process and Performances is significant.

This research study explores leadership and examines leadership as one of the distinguishing oper... more This research study explores leadership and examines leadership as one of the distinguishing operative factor of total quality management in public-sector universities of Pakistan. Population of the research study comprised of all the Public universities located in the Pakistan. Total 245 respondents as described in self-developed questionnaire (Vice Chancellor, Deans, Registrars, Teachers and the students) provided abundant responses about the distinguishing operative factor leadership. By investigating leadership as distinguishing operative total quality management factor in public sector universities of Pakistan. This research shed lights on total quality management and exposed that without effective leadership quality culture cannot be flourished in the universities. Findings revealed that the effect of universities on total quality management operative factor leadership score is significant. Most of the respondents perceived that innovative, effective and bold leadership qualities needed for appropriate application of total quality management theories in universities.

The paper focuses on the Multiple Intelligences that are based on the premise that there are dive... more The paper focuses on the Multiple Intelligences that are based on the premise that there are diverse intelligences that an individual possesses rather than only intelligence academic intelligence. The objectives of the study were to analyze the primary level English textbook with reference to Gardner's multiple intelligences; to explore the ways for integrating all multiple intelligences into the primary school English textbook; to encourage the teachers to promote multiple intelligences in the teaching of English curriculum. Findings depict that maximum linguistic intelligence in focused. Although it is a language textbook, however, it does not mean that we should focus only language skills development in teaching of language textbook. We can maximum promote various aspects of an individual's personality in teaching like Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Musical, Bodily-kinesthetic, Visual-spatial, Naturalistic and Existential. As we observe very little score is on Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, especially on Musical, Bodilykinesthetic, Visual-spatial, Naturalistic and Existential. On the basis of findings of present study it is suggested that in textbook of English activities based on Intrapersonal, Musical, Bodilykinesthetic, Visual-spatial, Naturalistic and Existential intelligences may be incorporated in order to develop various aspects an individual's personality and motivate them in learning of Basic English language skills.
