Best place to buy DVDs of Classic (1930s-1960s) movies? [Apr. 8th, 2012|09:43 am]New York, New York
[Tags**|vintage] [Current Location** Chinatown/Kensington Market, Toronto, ON] [mood optimisticoptimistic]Hello New York. My dad wants to visit NYC and he and his brother would like to go shopping for DVDs of films from the 30s-60s. What's the best place to send them? I've looked around online but all I'm finding are theatres showing classic films, and big places like Best Buy, which aren't going to have the niche selection they're looking for.

Kind of a weird request, but does anyone know of a subway accessible store open this morning which sells Polarizing film/sheets? Not filters for a camera, but larger sheets like here.

Does anyone know where i can get a pair of knee thigh ... or thigh high (been dying to find one) that would actually allow my big calf and thighs to fit ? :(.... by preference not too pricey.. but if you know "any" tell me anyways as i can always save up. Most of the thigh highs are 4-5" or up ..~_~" ... and i can't do all that yet... Main problem for boots is my calfs usually... so anyone got some help for me? (even if it's custume made) Thank you sooo much...

y list is too short - when I was in NY I bought cool pants over there, it's a lovely place somewhere around Thimes Square. I'm always saving a links like that - otherwise I will never find it again, due to my topographic idiocy http://www.webcam-list.com/blog/2007/10/it-was-funny.html ))))

this doesn't really belong here, i know, but i need advice from experienced city folk:what's the BEST place to go for double-process hair lightening? i am most definitely not looking for the cheapest place. no, no, no. cheap = bad. i am looking for the most experienced and professional place to get my hair colored from chestnut brown to natural-looking tricolor blonde. many thanks for any help you can give!

Dear Friend of Condomania,It is hard to believe that it was almost 16 years ago that Condomania opened on Bleecker Street in New York's West Village as America's First Condom Store. Over the years, millions of people have visited that little store and today we owe much of our success online at Condomania.com to the extraordinary opportunities we had to meet our customers, hear their stories, and understand their safer sex needs and concerns.Due to sky rocketing rents on our little stretch of Bleecker Street, we have made the difficult decision not to renew our lease. Accordingly, our NY Store's last day will be Sunday April 1st.To help us celebrate (and clear out some inventory) we would like to invite you to visit our NY location one last time and take part in our final sale. Above, please find a coupon with tasty discounts which can be used right away at the store. While we hope to reopen our New York store in the coming months, we have not yet found the right location for the next 16 years. Stay tuned, we are quite sure that our work in New York is not yet done!Even though you won't be able to visit us in NY for a while after this month, don't forget that Condomania.com will continue to meet your safer sex needs. Until we re-open our NY store, pay only the cost of a subway trip for Priority Mail Shipping on all orders.Sign up now to take advantage of this offer for future orders. If you take advantage of this offer now we'll also give you a coupon to get 10% off your order today! Please be assured, we do not sell or trade our email lists to ensure your complete privacy.Thank you for your business and support, we really do appreciate it.Warm regards,Adam GlickmanCEOCondomania NY:351 Bleecker St.Between West 10th St. and Charles St212-691-9442
