Anyone who has shopped at an online retailer with no physical storefronts knows how hard it can be to figure out where to begin. There are dozens upon dozens of options that all seem as worthy as the next, but the reality is that all products from any given brand are not created equal. When you shop as regularly as we do, you learn that many brands just do some things better than others. Quince, the seven-year-old start-up that seems to make a little bit of everything, is one of those brands.
Given the company’s expansive — and growing — inventory (which includes everything from kids’ clothing to jewelry to luggage) and how young it is, we’ve been pleasantly surprised by how good so many of its products are. In fact, Quince items appear in our “Best in Class” guides across multiple bedding and clothing categories, including cashmere sweaters, jumpsuits suitable for sleep and socializing, and supersoft linen for lazy mornings. Here, we’ve compiled all the products from Quince that our writers and editors have recommended on the Strategist. To help you sort through it all, we’ve organized this by linens and furniture, clothing, loungewear and activewear, outerwear and accessories, bags and luggage, and supplements.
Updated on October 16, 2025
We scoured our archives for all of the new products we’ve recommended from Quince over the past few months, including a few Strategist-recommended supplements. I also double-checked prices and stock for everything else below.

Quince’s percale sheets have long held a top Strategist honor: “Best overall” for sheets. Lauren Ro, our in-house bedding expert, says they’re ideal for all types of sleepers — especially hot ones — because they are “incredibly breathable thanks to the plain weave of the percale that gives a very crispy handfeel.” Like most percale sheets, these “have a nice matte finish that’s cool to the touch but also smooth,” she says, but it’s really their very reasonable $100 price tag (for a queen-size set) that puts them above the rest. I included them in my guide to outfitting a dorm room as well because they’re breathable enough for even the stuffiest spaces.

The brand’s cooling bamboo sheets are also Strategist-approved. “The first thing I noticed was how cool and silky they felt — just like real silk,” Ro noted while testing them. She ultimately named them the best affordable cooling organic-bamboo sheets because they also drape nicely, hold up well in the wash, and make sleeping feel “incredibly luxurious.”

We recommend jersey sheets for those who want a particularly cozy setup. Think “sleeping in your favorite T-shirt: warm, comfortable, and broken in,” according to Ro. She named Quince’s jersey sheets our favorite affordable option of their kind because they check all the boxes — thin, soft, and stretchy — for a reasonable price.

Linen bedding has been a hot commodity over the past decade, and Quince makes our very favorite set thanks to its quality and affordable price. Strategist writer Dominique Pariso is a self-proclaimed hot sleeper and compares the brand’s linen to “a gauzy linen button-down you’d throw on at the height of July heat,” describing it as “superlight with a slightly textured weave.” The set includes a fitted and a flat sheet along with two pillowcases.

Ro is particularly fond of Quince’s linen duvet cover and named it the most affordable and softest linen duvet cover. “I love its lived-in, casual feel that never looks sloppy and only gets softer over time,” she writes.

For a smaller update to your linen closet, consider our favorite affordable linen pillowcase, which comes in a set of two for $40. On top of their Strategist-approved softness, the pillowcases are “prewashed, made of 100 percent European flax, and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning they’re free of harmful chemicals,” reports Strategist writer Brenley Goertzen.

And if linen makes you think of the dining room rather than the bedroom, Quince has you covered there, too: The linen tablecloth is another favorite. Available in seven colors and starting at $55, the tablecloth is “as good as it gets” in price and quality, according to Strategist senior kitchen and dining writer Emma Wartzman. While she was often precious with her old fancier tablecloth, Wartzman no longer stresses about stains. After one quick run in the wash, the tablecloth “drapes beautifully over my rectangular table, the hem is well stitched, and it just looks well made,” she says.

We’re also big fans of Quince’s silk pillowcase, which Strategist writer Tembe Denton-Hurst declared the “best silk pillowcase overall.” Silk pillowcases offer multiple hair and skin benefits, including cutting down on frizz, helping preserve hairstyles, and avoiding split ends, which Denton-Hurst observed during testing. She appreciates its convenient zip closure and range of colors as well as Quince’s generous return policy: “You’ll have 365 days from the date of purchase to decide if it’s right for you,” Denton-Hurst says.

Compared with the mulberry-silk pillowcase above, these silk curtains have more texture because they’re woven from raw silk. When Strategist writer Erin Schwartz tested them, they “noticed some imperfections — some pulled threads and color variation,” but for the price, it’s hard to do better on silk curtains, which are normally quite expensive. “I’d recommend it for those who want natural-fiber curtains with more texture and drama than linen without paying luxury prices,” Schwartz adds.

If you’re looking for a stylish, neutral couch at a much lower price point than other retailers, Strategist writer Erin Schwartz says this sofa from Quince is your best bet. “It’s well made and comfortable with a single bench cushion that feels thick and supportive but not overly firm or dense,” they write. And while $1,450 is still a big purchase, you can rest assured that an accidental spill won’t ruin your new furniture: After testing the couch for four months, Strategist associate editor Jeremy Rellosa reported one major spill that could stain a fussier sofa, but neither he nor Schwartz could see any trace of it.

One of Quince’s most well-known items is its wildly affordable cashmere crewneck, which is our favorite affordable cashmere sweater for both men and women. Arielle Avila, one ofour resident cashmere experts, describes it as “supersoft with a slight slickness to it.” It also has detailed ribbing on the neck, cuffs, and hem. After owning the women’s cashmere sweater for about a year, Avila did observe some pilling on the sleeves and at the waist — but pilling will almost always eventually happen with cashmere sweaters and is usually fixable with a fabric shaver.

Quince’s Mongolian-cashmere polo sweater is another one of our best-in-class sweater picks. Avila found herself reaching for it especially frequently during the fall “because it’s breezy and has a somewhat less conventional cut.” She describes it as having the “same lightweight and buttery softness” as Quince’s crewneck and a just-as-good price.

In the past year, Quince has expanded its cashmere offerings to include more luxury options for those willing to spend a little extra. That includes this “thick and luxurious” cardigan that is more expensive than Quince’s basic cashmere crewneck while still being a great deal on what it is. Strategist senior editor Hilary Reid likes to style hers with structured knit pants for an ’80s-inspired head-to-toe knit-suiting look. Though no matter what she pairs it with, she says it “feels very put together to wear — almost blazerlike but still casual — and has an elegant cut.”

As Strategist deputy editor Simone Kitchens says, a simple black vest works overtime: “It’s a shirt for about three months out of the year and an easy extra layer for the rest.” After sizing up one size, she finds Quince’s 100 percent cashmere version fits perfectly: “Not too loose, but roomy enough to wear over a long-sleeve tee or a thin sweater.”

Instead of your average fleece or terry hoodie, editor Jane Pratt goes for cashmere — specifically the cashmere hoodies from Quince. “They have everything you need, including a zipper and pockets, which is super-handy for carrying dog treats, or a remote, or your phone,” she says. And while she counts the hefty layer among the things she can’t live without, she says, “I don’t really wear mine to go out or for other people to see them — I wear them more to be cozy at home or as that warmth layer when it’s cold.”

Strategist sleep writer Amelia Jerden had been searching for a “kind of loose, flowy white button-down to wear over tank tops and dresses” for a few years, and she finally found it with this shirt that she purchased last year. She loves it so much that she’s considering buying another, and would have plenty of options to choose from: the shirt’s available in 15 different colors and patterns.

Though Strategist contributor Mya Gelber didn’t crown this the best white-button down in her hunt for the best ones, she says it’s “a really good option if you love a boxy fit.” She thought it was the perfect length but craved a larger collar, so if boxy is your thing and the collar isn’t a deal-breaker, this shirt is a good bet.

When we asked a handful of people with particular, exacting, exceptional taste about their favorite summer dresses under $150, Reid recommended this linen number from Quince, which she says feels “like wearing a small linen bag, in the best way.” Lightweight and breathable, the dress is also “extremely breezy, both in the swingy shape and the generously cut armpits.” (“If you’ve ever felt that the armholes on some summer dresses are cut too small, you’ll know what I mean,” she adds.)

There’s also a cotton-gauze version for anyone who prefers Quince’s breezy fabric supersoft. Even in white, the dress never looks see-through because it’s fully lined, according to Goertzen. (It’s available in five other colors, too, including a cherry red and sky blue.)

To make sense of the rest of Quince’s extensive dress collection, Goertzen tested out 15 of the brand’s best-selling options and crowned this one her favorite. Even during this past summer’s most hot and humid days, she found it performs well: “It’s airy, and I haven’t overheated in the slightest while wearing it,” she says.“Plus it has a classic-enough silhouette that I can throw it on while putzing around the backyard in my Birkenstocks or dress it up with heels for a rooftop happy hour.”

Although Goertzen felt this tiered dress was too tailored to be her ideal summer dress (read: flowy, lightweight, and versatile), it still made her shortlist. “The cinching around the waist, which almost resembles a built-in belt, and the skirt’s thoughtful horizontal pleats are on par with something you’d find at J.Crew,” she writes.

For a strapless moment, consider this maxi dress that Goertzen says “has an airy, relaxed fit that’s more fitted around the bust but tapers out ever so slightly.” She recommends it if you’re looking for a straight silhouette that’s still comfortable for all-day wear.

With a super-crisp yet lightweight feel and excellent drape, this dress was a welcome addition to Goertzen’s dress rotation. Just note that despite adjustable straps and a smocked back, the dress runs big. “I picked my true size, small, but I probably could have sized down since it was wider, almost tentlike, in the chest and bodice compared to the other dresses I tested,” she adds.

During New York senior social-media editor Chloe Xiang’s hunt for a pair of transitional-season black Capris, she found Quince’s kick-flare pants are best for anyone “not looking to fully plunge into the Capri look.” With a 24-inch inseam, the pants will still be cropped on non-petite ladies, but they’ll lean more flare, according to Xiang.

Given that Quince’s bedding is so beloved, it only seems logical that the brand would also make stellar pajamas. This duo makes up our favorite affordable silk-pajama pant set, and Strategist senior writer Liza Corsillo describes its texture to be like “blueberries or grapes early in the morning that have a little frostiness to their skin.” She has found that the separates are temperature-regulating, too, helping to hold heat on chilly nights and maintaining a nice airiness on warm ones.

If silk shorts are more your speed, consider this pair that Pardilla tested. They’re especially well suited for those who like to show a little leg:Even on her five-foot-two frame, Pardilla says the shorts are “definitely on the cropped side.” But she says the shorts are impressively well made, especially for the price.

Pardilla named Quince’s Organic Turkish Waffle Robe the best waffle bathrobe for its irresistible price tag and light, gauzy texture. If you find yourself shivering after the shower, “the robe’s thinness means it’s not the one for you,” she says. “But when it’s hot, the Turkish Waffle Robe really is the closest thing to wearing nothing at all when you’re drying off.”

Goertzen polled fashion experts and consulted Strategist writers and editors to find the very best demin jackets for women, and Quince’s came out on top as the best less expensive option. As fashion and e-commerce editor Megan McCarty says, it’s the “Goldilocks of denim jackets” thanks to the fact that it’s “thick and durable yet soft and definitely not stiff.” She adds, “It’s not too oversize and not too cropped, either. It’s just right.”

“I’ve personally had little luck with finding a fitted leather jacket, which is why I was very surprised when I put on Quince’s motorcycle jacket,” reports Avila. One of our staff’s petite writers, she finds this motorcycle jacket fits perfectly, meaning it hits right at her waist and the sleeves end right at her wrists. Although it’s not as warm as her winter jacket, she says, “I’ve managed to wear medium-weight sweaters underneath this on days when the temps drop below 50 degrees.”

For a warmer, more formal jacket fit for petite women, try Quince’s wool coat, which hits stylist Charline Zeroual at mid-thigh (she told us this is ideal for petites hoping to elongate their figure). After testing a number of jackets for our guide to the best parkas, Strategist writer Katherine Gillespie reports that Quince’s down parka is “an almost identical Super Puff dupe,” offering a similar logoless anonymity and minimalist silhouette for nearly half the price. It even has thumbholes, fuzzy pockets, and a removable hood, the latter of which Gillespie says “might actually be an improvement on the Super Puff’s design.”

If you swap your puffer for a trench on warmer days, you may want to consider our favorite affordable trench coat — at just $100, “it’s a steal,” according to Goetzen. In addition to a removable self-tie belt, this trench has a PFC-free, water-resistant finish and polyester lining. Once you decide between light khaki, navy, and black, just follow the size chart: “It has some stretch to it, which is great if you’re between sizes,” Goertzen adds.

Another recommendation from Zeroual, these western-style knee-high boots are ideal for those who want a pair with just a subtle nod to the cowboy aesthetic. Especially for the price, she says, “they look pretty amazing.” A word of warning, however: “My client who wore them is five-foot-eight. On anyone shorter, these might throw off the proportions.”

When Stone went on a hunt for the perfect lug-sole loafers, she was searching for a pair that was “equal parts chic and comfortable” and supportive enough to wear for thousands of steps around the city. While the Quince pair didn’t win her hunt, Stone notes that they were almost too comfortable (thanks to an Ortholite insole). “These are the training wheels of loafers and would therefore make a great first pair for those experimenting with the style,” she adds.

As resident jewelry collector at the Strategist (and with a decade of experience under her belt), Pardilla knows a thing or two about fine jewelry. “While a lot of fine pieces come with a four-figure-plus price tag, you don’t actually have to spend a fortune” — especially at Quince, she says. This huggie is one of the many worth-it pieces that made her short list of the nicest fine jewelry under $500. And “because it’s an open-hoop huggie, there’s no butterfly back to lose,” she adds.

Quince has been rapidly expanding its bag supply to include multiple cross-body bags, totes, luggage, and more. Reid recently tried out the Italian leather cross-body, which has a handwoven exterior and zip top. “I brought it with me on vacation to Greece and it was the perfect travel bag,” she says. “The size was ideal for carrying my phone, sunglasses and case, sunscreen, lip balm, and hand cream, and the dark-brown shade went easily with the light-colored linen clothing I packed.” Though she adds that the bag’s leather isn’t as rich-looking as that from Clare V. (which Quince compares the bag to), it filled a hole in Reid’s closet. “Sometimes you just want a nice but not-too-too-nice leather bag for everyday. This is exactly that,” she says.

Quince has become a staple in our suitcase content, specifically with its carry-on suitcases thathave proven to be worthy competitors for our longtime favorite suitcases from Away. “After testing both brands, I’ve found only a few minor differences between them,” Gillespie writes. “Quince’s plastic shell is a little thinner, and the overall dimensions are just slightly smaller.” Still, she named these two hard-shell suitcases the best less expensive carry-ons, and the 20-inch suitcase also made an appearance in our guide to the best rolling luggage and best hard-side luggage. I’ve been using the 21-inch suitcase for over a year now and haven’t had any trouble stuffing it in the overhead compartment.

When Quince entered the wellness and supplements space earlier this year, Goertzen set out to see how its range of electrolyte packets, plant-based proteins, and grass-fed collagens compared to the supplements she already used on a daily basis. When it comes to protein, she found the brand’s organic protein powder has a similar, well-rounded protein profile to our best overall plant-based protein powder from Orgain Simple. As for texture, she reports, “I was pleasantly surprised by how easily it dissolved and how smooth it tasted as I drank it. There was virtually no chalkiness, and because the powder is sweetened with monk-fruit extract, it’s free from added sugar, stevia, and sugar alcohols.”

If you’re interested in incorporating collagen into your routine, Goertzen recommends starting with this option, which reminds her of the celebrity-loved Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder but for less. While testing, she appreciated that she couldn’t taste it in her morning coffee. Just note, she says, that “it dissolves easily in hot beverages, although it needs a bit more emulsification to reduce clumping in cold beverages like iced coffee or smoothies.”

Compared to our favorite electrolytes from DripDrop Hydration, Quince’s Everyday Electrolytes contains less sugar and carbohydrates while still packing in enough sodium, potassium, magnesium, and zinc to supplement Goertzen’s almost-daily workout regimen. It doesn’t taste bad. either: “I never found the citrus or raspberry flavors to be artificial tasting, and you can mix them into 8 to 16 ounces of water, which will determine if the flavor is more intense or subdued,” Goertzen writes.
